centralizing bookings, enforcing company policies, and automating expense management in one system.

**What do you like best about Amadeus e-Travel Management?**

Cloud modernization really helps me access the platform from anywhere. Adding NDC content to the GDS platform also improves the efficiency of fare searches. Other great features include ticket exchange automation and the reporting functions, which make day-to-day work smoother.

**What do you dislike about Amadeus e-Travel Management?**

Ease of use on the mobile platform is lacking. I also expected richer expense management capabilities. Additionally, queue  management system could be enhanced to improved efficiency and make it easy to the user.

**What problems is Amadeus e-Travel Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enhanced features for the expense reporting functionality, along with the pre-trip multi-level approval function, are currently under development.

It make very convenient and easy to manage reservations. 
It is good to handle all kinds of Travel related requests

**What do you dislike about Amadeus e-Travel Management?**

It keeps logging out multiple times.

There are some bugs that needs to be fixed, due to this the software glitches sometimes.

**What problems is Amadeus e-Travel Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amadeus helps us to resolve passenger's request, Resolve their requests without any hassle with a easy to use interface. Due to this I save a lot of time in my work.

**What do you like best about Amadeus e-Travel Management?**

It is  user-friendly and the  new interface is ideal for making airline, hotel, train, and vehicle reservations. There is a wealth of useful information available on all of the potential flights that suit your requirements.

At times it too slow and the page gets stuck. but a quick restart solves the problem.

Being a travel agent it helps me find the best prices, Its easy to find a flight with low costs and thus increasing profits. becuase of thsi feature we are able to  boost productivity and genesrtae revenues.

**What do you like best about Amadeus e-Travel Management?**

Commands are simplified and much easier to memorize compared to other GDS systems.
Easy to understand and use for newbies.

**What do you dislike about Amadeus e-Travel Management?**

there is a learning curve. a beginer has to learn the basics first and then try to operate which takes upto 30 days.

**What problems is Amadeus e-Travel Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ticketing is easier and much preferable. calulations are automated. good for cancelations and refunds. much productive than other systems.

**What do you like best about Amadeus e-Travel Management?**

The functionality within my company to attach to Amadeus gives me great flexibility when connecting to the outside world. With little to no down time and the consistent up time there is little to no issues when booking through Amadeus.

**What do you dislike about Amadeus e-Travel Management?**

The setup and integration of Amadeus is timely. The product and the team that was able to assist us during both implementation and deployment were very knowledgeable however the time to value was delayed due to the complexity of the integrations. In the end we were up, connected and running within 10 days from deployment. The post deployment services were a very welcome addition as well. Not having to "deal with it" on our own the first 60 days  was a huge value to us and ensured that there were no lingering issues once everything was complete.

**Recommendations to others considering Amadeus e-Travel Management:**

simple integrations allow for easy work flow once everything is set.

**What problems is Amadeus e-Travel Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The connectivity issues we were having prior were unbearable. When partnering with Amadeus it allowed us to streamline so much and improve efficiency ten fold.

I can book easily any ticket on Amadeus. Also is possible to reserve ticket easily.

There is not anything on Amadeus I dislike. All is perfect

**What problems is Amadeus e-Travel Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can book any tickets, to reserve, to refund tickets. Also you can change flight date on Amadeus.

**What do you like best about Amadeus e-Travel Management?**

Amadeus integrates a lot of different facets of ticket issuance which makes supporting customers easier. Most changes can be done directly in the GDS without a need for manual calculation which avoids debit memoes, etc. 

**What do you dislike about Amadeus e-Travel Management?**

Some commands make very little since. Most of the availability commands (AN/AP) etc don't function correctly. 

**What problems is Amadeus e-Travel Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most ticket issues are solved with the use of Amadeus--even our support centers use this.
