What I like most about Safari Portal is how it brings the entire client journey into one clear, organised system. I can create personalised Lookbooks and itineraries, collect essential travel details through forms, manage bookings, and give each client their own Travel Dashboard. It makes complex, tailor-made travel much easier to plan, organise, and present, while giving clients a single place to find everything related to their trip. The onboarding is patient, flexible, and thorough. It can take time to understand everything the platform can do, but your onboarding specialist stays with you and helps you find the best way to use it for your own business. The support is excellent. My contact person is always ready to help, and if they are unavailable, I can message the support team and, just like that, an answer arrives. The AI-powered Magic Import is a genuine timesaver, and I look forward to seeing how the upcoming updates make the platform even more useful. I also appreciate the 30-minute update sessions. They are practical, packed with relevant information and, best of all, they actually finish on time. I have not yet explored the integrations in depth, but that is something I am looking forward to doing. So far, the system’s performance has been consistently smooth, with no delays or hiccups. Rachel and her team genuinely understand travel designers and the realities of our work. That combination of strong technology and personal support is what makes Safari Portal stand out for me.

It’s so easy to use, and it’s aesthetic and genuinely looks beautiful. The content library is great, and the financials module is truly life-changing.

I love how easy it is to build in Calendar View and am excited about the new dashboards feature that Jeff is starting to map out. And I'm really excited that we are working with an all-woman run tech business to run our own company. I was stressed about migrating to a new system - which for some reason we decided to do in the middle of our busiest month (May) and while letting go of our ops person and onboarding a new assistant travel designer. But you are absolutely right that having an operational map in place for your business makes everything flow more easily. We're still working out some little kinks (mostly on our end, understanding how to integrate some of our client journey steps into the SP system more seamlessly) but overall it's been fantastic and a lot easier to onboard than expected.
