What do you like best about Amadeus?

What I like best about Amadeus is how reliable and powerful it is once you get used to it. It gives you real-time access to flights, fares, availability, and rules, which makes planning and booking much faster and more accurate. I also like that it offers multiple options in one place, so you can easily compare routes, prices, and schedules without switching systems.

Another big plus is its flexibility. You can handle complex itineraries, changes, reissues, and special requests smoothly, which is especially helpful when dealing with customers who need quick solutions. Overall, Amadeus feels like a solid, professional tool you can trust during busy days—it may have a learning curve, but once mastered, it really improves efficiency and confidence in your work. What do you dislike about Amadeus?

What I dislike about Amadeus is that it can feel quite complex and overwhelming, especially for new users. The commands take time to learn and remember, and small mistakes can easily lead to errors, which can be frustrating during busy hours.

The interface also feels a bit outdated compared to newer, more user-friendly systems. Some processes, like exchanges or refunds, can be time-consuming and require multiple steps. At times, the system response can be slow, which adds pressure when you’re handling customers in real time.
