At its core, Safari Portal is proposal software specifically designed for travel advisors, tour operators, DMC’s, and travel agents. It allows you to very quickly create really beautiful, fully customizable travel proposals and detailed itineraries and share with potential clients via digital link, mobile app, print-friendly PDF, or Word document. You can also use the platform to share pre travel information and to collect and manage guest information. This means that you can use one platform from the early trip planning stages straight through to detailed itinerary to pre travel information, forms, and finally, your clients can use the app while they travel so they have everything they need (meet up places and times, flight information, transfers, check in, vouchers and confirmation documents, maps, detailed descriptions, and more), all at their fingertips, even offline.
