Overall software is build for API'S.

It is a very good software that has excellent integration services for web pages, with which I have been able to develop complex travel sites, it is very flexible and it is open source, I like its integration for payment since it is very safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
In order to be able to personalize the search tools of this software, a high knowledge of web programming is required, besides I can say that the license of this software is expensive but it is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A single software that cares of booking engine, Payments, Iterinary . Also newsletter, blogs etc can all be handled in a signel sofrware

Some API integrations are either buggy or fail at times. Eg- Expedia API
Software isn't as much focused on end user (tourist), hence a knowledge bank/repository of Tourist destinations etc can go a long way into developing it as a multi stakeholder, Omnichannel CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
