"Beautiful, Functional Itineraries That Elevate the Client Experience"

What do you like best about Safari Portal?

I'm really impressed with how beautiful and functional these itineraries are. I feel that it's really helped to elevate the client experience. Support is also easy to access, and the AI interface for adding new properties works amazing well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Safari Portal?

The only thing I wish it did better was seamlessly collecting detailed credit card authorizations so that I could cancel my other CRM (but I hear it's coming soon!). I don't think it has Zapier connections yet, but that would be amazing as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Safari Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of the client having to wade through emails, the new Travel Dashboards can live in their app, with easy access to all of the documents and pre-travel planning they might need. It is also so polished that I believe it inspires confidence in us as professionals. With my old itinerary software, it felt clunky and there were frequent login issues, which no longer are problems with Safari Portal and the Travel Portal app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
