What do you like best about Amadeus e-Travel Management?

Cloud modernization really helps me access the platform from anywhere. Adding NDC content to the GDS platform also improves the efficiency of fare searches. Other great features include ticket exchange automation and the reporting functions, which make day-to-day work smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amadeus e-Travel Management?

Ease of use on the mobile platform is lacking. I also expected richer expense management capabilities. Additionally, queue management system could be enhanced to improved efficiency and make it easy to the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Amadeus e-Travel Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
