The level of attentiveness and responsiveness has been consistently high, and I always feel confident that any request or concern will be addressed in a timely and professional manner. **What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?** Some of our employees faced issues with the support team (long waiting times). These issues tend to be more noticeable when dealing with more complex itineraries. Booking trains might be challenging and the prices are sometimes much higher than booking directly with the railways.
