**What do you like best about ClearlyRated?**

This year, we moved into a custom survey to gather information to help us drive our team and company in the right direction. It was a spur decision to complete it and our customer service team assisted us with phrasing of questions, type of questions and got everything set up to send out in about a 2 month period. The data we have gotten back is invaluable. 

**What do you dislike about ClearlyRated?**

There are still a few kinks in the type of questions that you can ask. A ranking feature would be nice to have available to create some average rating numbers.

**What problems is ClearlyRated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guides us in how to prioritize business decisions based on the scores that are hurting us the most from our NPS drivers. I would like to see these become even more adopted over operations as they understand the benefits from our coaching. 

It also is great because our clients and talent ACTUALLY fill it out since it's a legitimate 3rd company survey site.

**What do you like best about ClearlyRated?**

I really like ClearlyRated's simplicity and how impactful the feedback is. The platform makes it easy to capture real-time insights from both clients and candidates, helping us quickly identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. I appreciate the ability to benchmark our performance and earn credible, third-party recognition through Best of Staffing, which is especially valuable for reinforcing our brand and supporting growth. Also, the initial setup of ClearlyRated was very easy, and the staff is amazing.

**What do you dislike about ClearlyRated?**

The insights are strong, but additional flexibility in real-time reporting, segmentation, and dashboard usability would make it even more actionable for our teams. When detractors respond, the flow of the email notifications is not consistent and doesn't allow for multiple parties.

**What problems is ClearlyRated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClearlyRated provides a structured way to measure and improve client and candidate experiences, delivering objective feedback to identify strengths and improvement areas. It strengthens relationships, increases retention, and solidifies our role as trusted advisors.

**What do you like best about ClearlyRated?**

There have been meaningful improvements in the dashboarding and technology functionality. It's now even easier to share feedback with other channels, to recognize individual teammates, and to repurpose survey content for both operational improvement and marketing.

**What do you dislike about ClearlyRated?**

We would continue to prefer that all of our geographies be easily noted on the site, versus our HQ location only.

**What problems is ClearlyRated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving client retention.  Demonstrating credible NPS to potential clients.  Recognizing individual contributors in a timely and unique way. On the employee survey side, we can improve our EE experience and provide more timely and specific recognition to more of our people, including some otherwise-unsung heroes.

The ClearlyRated platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate even the most complex surveys. The support team is always ready to assist, ensuring everything runs smoothly. We've conducted large-scale surveys with their help, and the process has been seamless. The awards we’ve received through ClearlyRated have been a fantastic way to share and celebrate the positive feedback from our clients. Highly recommend!

I only wish there were more analysis built into the survey results to help with reporting, but I have been told that is in the works! We would especially like better Business Expansion dashboard options.

Their survey/reviews are clear, simple and transparent on evaluating multiple sides of our business. The support team is helpful.

The interface when I log in, isn't always easy to navigate. Our dates tend to be incorrect on the schedule, which we have to request get updated. This is the second year we have done a raw talent upload from NPS we send out in our automations, while still having Clearly Rated send our our Client Surveys, yet when we get reminders, it feels as though its assumed CR is sending out both surveys. Feels automated and general, not specific to our unique plan. Our customer success manager is hard to get a response from at times.

It collects and previews direct ratings and reviews from both clients and candidates in one place. It also provides an opportunity to have a shot at an award each year we can share with our network.

It's expensive for what you get, the customer service has declined in the past year, the integration process with our CRM is severly lacking, despite multiple meetings and working sessions, and the dashboards have gotten more complicated without quite showing the information that's useful. It also takes a long time between when we submit a list to survey and when the survey actually launches.

Giving our clients a chance to tell us how we're doing so we can make adjustments to continue to improve the quality of service we provide

I appreciate ClearlyRated's clean and intuitive dashboard, which allows quick access to individual partner data and simplifies filtering potential problems and opportunities. I love the ease of setup, especially with support from a dedicated specialist who handled most of the process. The integration with HubSpot significantly saves time by improving data import efficiency. I also value the three-year trend feature on the dashboard and the flexibility to view responses based on NPS scores. The exceptional customer support, termed a 'white glove experience,' further enhances my satisfaction.

I feel that the integration with HubSpot could be improved. Currently, it’s beneficial for importing client data by solving the manual import process, but I would like more extensive data transfer capabilities. Specifically, I would prefer if more information, aside from the basic NPS metrics, could be mapped back into HubSpot.

What I like best about ClearlyRated is the ability to gain an understanding of our firm and business operations in the eyes the employees, candidates and clients we serve. Giving each of these demographics a voice to share unlocks insights that are difficult to attain otherwise.  Secondly, I love the opportunity to compete for excellence in the Best of Staffing Awards. This pushes both internal and external performance.

I have nothing to contribute in terms of dislike. As my firm's Brand Manager, working with ClearlyRated's sales team and account manager has been nothing but helpful!

One area that could be improved is the data upload process. The format requirements are quite particular, and it can take more time than expected to get everything just right. A more flexible or streamlined system would definitely enhance the experience.

The platform was easy to navigate. Our support rep was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. It's straightforward and does what it promises without a steep learning curve.

**What do you dislike about ClearlyRated?**

We have only used it a handful of times, so the value hasn't really felt fully realized. I feel that the export function could be improved upon. It would be nice to export the survey results/data in a presentable, clean format for leadership.

None just yet. I did approach about a blind survey and believe I was told it was something that couldn't be done. For example, a licensure list for the disciplines we work with and get a benchmarking of what they are really looking for from a company

I love how easy to use the dashboard is, being able to filter by partner, service line, even survey year to compare year over year responses. I also love that we are able to boast the Best of Accounting award.

Everything is easily exportable into excel or PDF, and the reports are beautifully pre-compiled by partner or brand.

The team is super easy and flexible to work with, everyone is very friendly and responsive when i have questions.

**What do you dislike about ClearlyRated?**

I wish there were more customization options for our Firm's profile page, as well as branding/color options for the reports. We distribute these internally and would love for them to match our colors to be a part of larger internal presentations more easily.

Go for it! The solution is very affordable, they are so user friendly, the questions are spot on, they save your data for easy reference, we would never hesitate! If you're hesitant to inundate your clients too frequently, you can always survey in segments, they make that super easy too! It's such an easy process and so worth it!

The CS team (including operations) are extremely proactive and work hard to ensure client needs are addressed. Their response time is lightning fast and they are always friendly and polite.

The product could use considerable improvement. I do know that there are items on their roadmap that are currently in the process of being implemented (such as integrations and data analysis), and I'm looking forward to those improvements. While the product itself is fairly simple and straightforward, it lacks quite a bit of depth that is required due to the sheer amount of data it's collecting and storing. I'd really like to see some improvements around categorization of open ended feedback, more analyitcal charts & graphs, and a "how-to" guide on how best to use the data each firm captures.

We recently moved from an annual survey to a quarterly survey, and our next survey will launch towards the end of February. I'm excited to be collecting feedback from clients on a more regular basis.

ClearlyRated is a great tool to get feedback from both our Clients and Consultants that we put to work that is very easy to use. It doesn't take a lot of time to implement, as they have predefined survey questions that you can use, but we love that we can completely customize our survey questions as well. One of the things that we like best about the tool is the badges for the 'Best of Staffing' awards that we can share on our website and social media. We also like the ClearlyRated profile page, which helps to give us more exposure in Google search results and helps to promote our brand. I also cannot say enough good things about the customer support that we receive from our Customer Success Manager. She is always very helpful, quick to respond, and flexible if we need to make any changes to our surveys.

**What do you dislike about ClearlyRated?**

The only challenge we have with ClearlyRated is finding the time to pull the contact list together and have our internal team promote the survey to ensure we get our targeted response rate. ClearlyRated has options available though that can help automate this process, so it is something we might look to explore in the future if we want to increase the frequency of our ClearlyRated surveys.

ClearlyRated helps us to maintain our existing Client and Consultants by having an accurate picture of our strengths and opportunites to improve the Candidate and Client expereiences. It also can potentially help us to obtain new business by leveraging promoters for referrals, etc.

The ClearlyRated team has been beyond helpful since I started working with them regarding our two main customer survey programs in 2012. They have excellent communication, go "above and beyond" with customer service, have participated in internal presentations and helped troubleshoot the majority of our requests! At this point, they're just as much friends as they are partners!

The Account Manager and Product teams are VERY responsive to questions and requests.  They take the time to listen, ask for feedback, and use those suggestions to make real changes that makes the user experience better.  My Account Manager is always looking at our data to find potential issues or make suggestions for improvement.  The site is easy to use and offers multiple reports so that the data collected can be easily shared and analyzed.  There are very few issues with the links we send to clients and I can only think of one time that their site was down. Very reliable tech / survey partner!

**What do you dislike about ClearlyRated?**

The more data we collect, the slower the website loads.  We have a lot of data in there so it is understandable, but time is money so I would love to see the speed improved.

We are able to collect performance evals on the contingent labor that we staff which helps us meet regulatory body requirements.  We also collect talent feedback which is then shared back with clients and used to problem solve challenges.  Additionally, we survey our clients to collect satisfaction data regarding the services we provide them.  We are able to do all of these things using one platform so it streamlines the analysis process.  One site, mulitple key pieces of data!
