I really like ClearlyRated for its ease of use, which makes capturing our client experience a breeze. The new dashboards and reporting are standout features that I appreciate, as they help us effortlessly track and showcase the ROI of our investment to our CEO. Additionally, the ability to receive instant feedback is incredibly valuable, whether it's addressing detractors or highlighting great testimonials. What do you like best about ClearlyRated?

The insights gleaned from the reviews and some of the information the dashboards provide Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClearlyRated?

It's expensive for what you get, the customer service has declined in the past year, the integration process with our CRM is severly lacking, despite multiple meetings and working sessions, and the dashboards have gotten more complicated without quite showing the information that's useful. It also takes a long time between when we submit a list to survey and when the survey actually launches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
