What do you like best about ClearlyRated?

ClearlyRated is always improving its offerings and platforms to reiterate that CX is not a one-and-done or stagnet initiative, but a dynamic, ever changing, personalized endeavor. What do you dislike about ClearlyRated?

What do you like best about ClearlyRated?

The platform was easy to navigate. Our support rep was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. It's straightforward and does what it promises without a steep learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClearlyRated?

We have only used it a handful of times, so the value hasn't really felt fully realized. I feel that the export function could be improved upon. It would be nice to export the survey results/data in a presentable, clean format for leadership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
