It is very convenient. Chili Piper has made scheduling calls and online and physical meetings easy. Before we deployed chili piper, we often had scheduled two or even more sessions simultaneously. Now that is a long-forgotten problem. The instant booker has quickened the booking process for us, and once the meeting has been scheduled, it instantly indicates on my CRM to avoid future mistakes. We have also used the round-robin feature to ensure that all our clients have been taken care of.
