What do you like best about AccountsIQ?

The onboarding/implementation experience was outstanding.

Agata and Chloe demonstrated exceptional knowledge and guided us seamlessly through each stage of the process. Any challenges we encountered were addressed swiftly and efficiently.

The training academy is incredibly useful, offering clear and comprehensive guides for each module of the software. The system itself is intuitively designed and easy to navigate. Regular feature updates are a great addition, and having visibility into the product roadmap is a fantastic touch.

What do you dislike about AccountsIQ?

AccountsIQ is a user friendly robust cloud-based accounting platform that's user-friendly. Implementation is smooth with great onboarding support, and the customer service team is responsive and helpful. It’s used daily by our finance team, offering strong features like, budgeting, and consolidations. Integration with other systems is solid via API. What do you like best about AccountsIQ?

The platform features a user-friendly interface that continues to evolve with regular updates and improvements. Its open API and OData connector enable seamless integration with external tools such as Power BI and Power Pivot. What do you dislike about AccountsIQ?

The most frustrating missing a few key features like the ability to allocate transactions within GL codes. There are 100s of system reports but I've found a lot of them need tailoring to our business - even basic ones like invoices paid/received within a certain period. The company is very transparent with its development roadmap, which is openly shared with users. Over the past year, much of the focus has been on enhancing workflow approvals and introducing a more modern, user-friendly interface. What do you like best about AccountsIQ?

AIQ is a fantastic piece of financial software. The UI is very intuitive and easy to use. Raising invoices is a worry-free and quick process, even when multi-tasking on other projects simultaneously or using it while in a customer-facing role. What do you dislike about AccountsIQ?

When using only one screen, rather than dual-screening, the fact that you cannot easily see your web browser without having to switch between minimising the pop-up invoice window and the browser can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AccountsIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a busy tourist venue run by a charitable body, we see numerous international tour groups visiting our site every day. AIQ allows me to quickly stay on top of these group visits and strengthen communication with our clients, as I am able to easily raise invoices for them while also remaining at the front desk to serve our non-group customers.
