For some reason people seem to reply more to these chasers than we used to get off our automated ones. Our unpaid has improved. I like how it links to our accounting software. **What do you dislike about Chaser?** It doesn't seem as clear as it could be to see the updates to the team about where it's up to but could be down to me not knowing where to look. **What problems is Chaser solving and how is that benefiting you?** creating a more personal chase ### 2. It sends out professional emails to our customers based on our parameters on a weekly basis to help us collect faster with minimum manual labor. We are able to reach 50+ customers weekly. **What do you dislike about Chaser?** We have 2 accountants using the system and Chaser only allows for 1 to get the normal emails vs the escalated emails. **What problems is Chaser solving and how is that benefiting you?** Chaser solves us manually sending emails to dozens of customers.
