First, we like the way in which the work boards are organized on the home screen, since it is comfortable to play with them depending on what we want. We like the system of calendars, since it allows us to assign different tasks to the members in the work table.     "Execute your projects with greater agility, manage it with the best current platform: I love the speed with which I have time to organize projects and insert them into the spreadsheet that I use to gain a lot of time, I had the good experience that I had to manage the main resources before starting to develop a project as was the subject bonus, the necessary workforce and a quick way to get it was to create a Gantt chart to show the project route, the tool is very easy to use and implement, as well as collaborative when it comes to making serious administrative decisions . I really like its ability to notify and in a solid and timely manner, it allows me to plan and develop several tasks in a collaborative way, being the most effective team and meeting the needs of our clients."

    "The Project Management Tool for Teams Who Focus on Getting Things Done: I’m a 15-year veteran of Microsoft Project, a tool that has its place but in my view, is not well-suited for many project management scenarios. TeamGantt has all of my favorite features of “heavier” project management tools: Creating templates, baselining a project plan, building the project as a Gantt chart, task groupings and dependencies, task assignments, checklists, comments, and updates. We wanted something economical, and easy to learn and maintain. With TeamGantt, we got it. I was also pleasantly surprised to find how easy it was for a distributed team of people, exposed to the tool for the first time, to figure out how to update their project tasks and to learn that when they did, I’d get notified that progress had been made. Sweet! If you need a tool to help you with deep project financial and resource utilization metrics, and you have a substantial Project Management Office to devote the time to that stuff and a year and a half to master the tool, go invest in something more complicated and expensive. If your focus is on Agility, team collaboration, and getting things done, I strongly recommend you give TeamGantt a try. "

    "Teamwork Projects - Review: Teamwork is incredible for not as it were a group of individuals, but for the person client as well. I run a little bookkeeping commerce, and I'm me as it were representative. Collaboration permits me to set up errands and ventures that are both one-off assignments and routinely reoccurring assignments. As I check off the errands that got to be done nowadays, I can see forward to the rest of the week and get a significant update of what is coming up. It too permits me to welcome clients into the errands so they can see the status of where I am at in a venture we have concurred upon. They can transfer reports, make comments. I can utilize an essential time-tracking device to create beyond any doubt I'm not estimating my time went through inaccurately. The additional time I got to spend forthright to induce the assignments and layouts made is well worth the time when an unused client comes along. I don't get to reproduce the wheel or think additional difficult at keeping in mind what I did the final time. I can apply a format of assignments for any given venture that's required, and we are set and rolling! One is one of the best solutions for group collaboration. I've had the opportunity to work with. "

The self-completion of elements and the use of new Web technologies provide a better user experience. It's easy to use. It has a wide variety of applications, which I can add to my needs.     "Not Perfect, But Better Than Most: Function Point is a bit more user friendly than many of the project management and time tracking tools that I've used in the past. The ability to create calendars and charts from a collection of projects is great.
