This has been a huge help **Recommendations to others considering Brightpod:** I completely recommend this product to anyone who has many customers or vendors to service. The layout is so easy to use and it is relatively cheap for only $29 month. **What problems is Brightpod solving and how is that benefiting you?** I really like how each customer in the system has its own “pod” it helps keep everything organized. ### 4. I am yet to use a software like this one. It has this feature where i allows you to add or remove the people working with you on a certain project and also to give different permission levels to different people. This software also helps us in completing our tasks in time because all tasks are put in a calendar. **What do you dislike about Brightpod?** The only thing i would maybe complain about is the pricing. I feel like the pricing is a bit too steep especially for small companies. Apart from that, i have no problem with the software's functionality. In any case that we experience a hitch while using the software, the Brightpod support team is always on standby to help and to advise us on what to do next. **Recommendations to others considering Brightpod:** I would recommend this software to any company that is looking to improve the teamwork in the company and to complete projects in time. It is definitely worth trying. **What problems is Brightpod solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brightpod has enabled our company to maximize the benefits of team work. Projects are completed in time and the projects are also dome in a more satisfactory manner. The software also generates reports that enable the members to know their progress in the project. Generally, though, I would say that this software is great in project management. ### 5. It has time tracker that keeps you updated daily about your approaching deadlines. **What do you dislike about Brightpod?** It is an excellent tool with excellent features so I don't find anything troubling in it. **Recommendations to others considering Brightpod:** This tool has got free trial which allows you to check and see its features and decide whether it is good for your business or not. It is great in my opinion for all sorts of businesses of any department. It is great in use and very user-friendly. **What problems is Brightpod solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform allows you to be more accurate and precise with your project submissions. It helps you to be on time and leads you in effective submission in priority. ### 6. When they have to backtrack their steps it takes hours for them to find where they found it. If you use brightpod, you get the structure within these projects you need. So if you get it right the first time, it saves you hours! **What do you dislike about Brightpod?** I am a very visual person, i like to see who has done something, when they have done it and what needs to be done. Currently i would like the visual appeal to be more attractive, but it is already very clear. It's hard to find something i dislike, when Brightpod saves us tons of time. **Recommendations to others considering Brightpod:** Definitely give Brightpod a shot, you'll love it instantly. **What problems is Brightpod solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love that we save time, we don't have unnecessary meetings AND we don't get flooded with emails anymore. Using Brightpod saves us time and clears our heads of unnecessary tasks. ### 7. Price isn't too bad to put a dent in your monthly income either. **What do you dislike about Brightpod?** I really wish it had some time tracking available within the lower priced tier. That's one of the things that's commonly missing from the lower tier PM apps. So, it's kind of expected. **Recommendations to others considering Brightpod:** As with any app, take advantage of the trial periods and poke around in there with the areas you think you'll use most. I've yet to find an app that has given me everything I've needed, so don't expect it. Find out the things it does well and determine your options for getting the other items taken care of through other methods or apps. **What problems is Brightpod solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just about any type of application or service you can put in place that makes it easier for you to stay in touch with clients and colleagues on a project is going to pay off for you. Keeping track of all the little strings that need to get pulled on a project at different times gets pretty crazy. Having an option like BrightPod available where you're not having to recreate lists to share with each different party as needed is a really time saver. ### 13. I also did like the many colors you can pick to differentiate each client so that we all had a clear understanding of each project. Sometimes things can get messy and we might skip over a few things, but this helps a lot! **What do you dislike about Brightpod?** There really wasn't much I didn't like about it, our company just decided to go with another platform instead. **Recommendations to others considering Brightpod:** It's easy to use, you can also nudge your colleagues in case they forgot a certain task. **What problems is Brightpod solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were working with a variety of marketing clients, so we needed a platform that would help us organize tasks, ability to assign to someone else, complete it, and attach documents and images. We realized that the software really helped our team communicate better and get our tasks done more efficiently. ### 14. Task assigning is simple on the platform as well. **What do you dislike about Brightpod?** Unfortunately, the cost. It's a bit pricey for small businesses when there are other free software solutions out there. Additionally, the ability to have a to-do task list made it difficult for our Marketing team to stay on top of certain tasks and reminders. There was also no mobile app version which made making changes away from the computer much more difficult. **Recommendations to others considering Brightpod:** Customer service is excellent. They always welcomed feedback and implemented changes that we recommended. It really is a slightly more advanced version of Trello but unfortunately, the cost difference between the two are too great for small businesses. **What problems is Brightpod solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brightpod provided a solution to our content creation problems. We were able to see our client accounts in an overview format and work on items that needed to be completed. ### 15. On other project management systems I only see mine but seeing everyone else on my team clouds my screen. **What problems is Brightpod solving and how is that benefiting you?** You can send and receive messages in Brightpod which i can't do in other systems.
