I like how Brightpod enables teamwork. I am yet to use a software like this one. It has this feature where i allows you to add or remove the people working with you on a certain project and also to give different permission levels to different people. The only thing i would maybe complain about is the pricing. I feel like the pricing is a bit too steep especially for small companies. Apart from that, i have no problem with the software's functionality. In any case that we experience a hitch while using the software, the Brightpod support team is always on standby to help and to advise us on what to do next. As a project manager, i see this all the time: people execute, execute and execute. When they have to backtrack their steps it takes hours for them to find where they found it. I am a very visual person, i like to see who has done something, when they have done it and what needs to be done. Currently i would like the visual appeal to be more attractive, but it is already very clear. It's hard to find something i dislike, when Brightpod saves us tons of time.
