Hey everyone, I’m helping our early-stage tech team evaluate VoIP providers. We need something reliable for remote calls, team collaboration, and potential integrations down the line but it also needs to be startup-friendly in terms of setup and cost.
I’ve shortlisted a few top-rated options from G2 and would really appreciate thoughts from anyone who’s used them:
-
Nextiva: Seems to offer solid all-in-one communication tools—curious if it’s overkill or just right for small tech teams.
-
OpenPhone: Built with startups in mind. How’s the call quality and does it scale well as the team grows?
-
Webex Calling: From Cisco, so I expect it to be enterprise-grade—but how accessible is it for a lean team?
-
RingEX: A legacy player in the VoIP space. Is it still a good choice for startups, or are there better agile tools?
-
Vonage Business Communications: Looks flexible with features, but how’s the customer support and onboarding process?
Would love to hear your experience if you’ve used any of these especially from a startup lens. What worked, what didn’t, and would you recommend it to another team just starting out?
