We are impressed with how easily we can set up, monitor, and optimize omnichannel campaigns. The CDP features for data analysis and segmentation are powerful and fast. Bloomreach is user-friendly and easily accessible. The support is efficient, and there is extensive learning material in the Bloomreach Academy to accelerate employee onboarding. One small area for improvement is the loading times, especially in the newsletter editor. The platform can be slow, and we often have to refresh the page, which results in losing our progress.
