For new users Bloomreach can be a bit of a learning curve but it's a worthwhile investment of time and they offer plenty of training opportunities and resources. Their public knowledgebase is also incredibly helpful as a user, but also while we were vetting Bloomreach against other providers as it gave us a good overview of what's actually possible within the tool. We like the scope of Exponea's capabilities. We can create the scenarios we need and target the right audiences easily. The user interface is nice to work with, and looks clean. We're also happy with the quality and quantity of product documentation, which makes it easier to use the platform. And Exponea Academy has been very helpful for getting us up to speed with Exponea quickly. What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

Although the documentation goes over the most commonly used use cases, it would be nice to have those as predefined templates in the actual product. We would like to have more templates for the most common email campaigns, scenarios, and use cases. It would be nice to only have to click a button and implement a use case.
