We previously did all reviews manually, using screenshots and redlining. Knak has streamlined this process tremendously. It's easy to leave comments and pin them to places where we want to make changes. Knak also integrates with Marketo, which we use for tokenization. I haven't noticed any performance issues; it works just as expected. It was easy to just jump in with very little in the way of training; it's very user-friendly. I think Knak is really user-friendly. It's easy to create emails with it, especially with the drag and drop feature, which is the feature I like the most. The platform can occasionally be a little rigid when trying to implement complex design tweaks that aren’t supported out-of-the-box.
