It is not a spreadsheet and it includes integrations and analytics to help me de-risk my forecast.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Not all the fields are bi-directionally editable with SFDC, so I still have to make updates in SFDC. I would prefer to make all updates in Aviso

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aviso can consolidate multiple forecasting tools including spreadsheets and SFDC combined with sales activity integrations and analytics. Sales people do not like to document things, so the more data we can scrape from the tools they are using, the more time they will have and the better data management will have to make decisions.

**What do you like best about Aviso?**

One of the key components that separates Aviso out from others is its Natural Language Processing (NLP) analytics. Once you log your email to Salesforce, Aviso automatically reads this information and predicts whether a deal is on-track or not. This helps us understand deeper into the emotions expressed by the user as hidden in plain text. It has their added an element of analysis that we never had before with a limited set of analytics tools.

The Win Score Predictors are highly probable of the closure/how they are expected to close. This predictive has been exponentially more accurate in our forecasting and dissertates our efforts from a prospecting standpoint. Meeting highlights with Microsoft Teams is also a great feature. Aviso record the key points and insights from our sales meetings so that no detail is lost in translation.

Our introduction to Aviso was handled exceptionally well, thanks in large part to Jonathan Fitch. He provided 1:1 support throughout the onboarding process and continued to be available for any questions or issues we encountered. Jonathan's dedication and responsiveness made the adoption far less daunting and ensured we were up and running quickly.

There are also falso alarms. Every now and then there are red alerts on deal that are on the verge of closure.

**What do you like best about Aviso?**

As I work in the software sector I really love the whole design of the Aviso, it's really simple and good looking, user doesn't have any distractions on the dashboard, only usefull info. I use it everyday and so far without any issues. It's easly integrated with our CRM, if I made changes it's visible in Aviso in couple of minutes.

The only minus I see is some missing data, but it could be allso caused by our Corporate side.

Aviso shows me all important data in one dashboard, I don't have to search for reports and edit it, it's already there waiting for me :)

A great dashboard giving you a top level view fo all deals for a specific period. Best part is the Ai tool and next steps tool as well as the history of the deal with the research built in the platform to help us close as much deal as we can. Also, each part of the dashboard enables you to see more on the deals.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Documentation from SFDC, will it be recorded as well via Aviso?
There's a delay/disconnect in the opportunities from SF to Aviso. This could be an integration issue bet SF and Aviso, but it would be best if the data syncs as real time as possible with SF.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick view on all working opps and forecasting in one view. The way that the dashboard is set up and how you can filter accordingly all deals based on urgency.

I like how user friendly and intuitive Aviso has been so far. We just implemented it a few weeks ago and I already feel very comfortable using the tool- it's been amazing!

The only thing I've noticed is sometimes when you are editing certain fields the box will go away and not save your work while you are typing. However, this could very much could be a user error on my end that I need to get better at :)

Great product.  Designed from a seller or sales leader's perspective. Feature rich both in terms of pipeline management as well as sales prodcutivity.  Good integration with Salesforce.com

The Aviso team have been true partners in our success.  Deeply involved day-to-day with our implementation and highly responsive both on the relationship side and engineering side.  I want to make a special call out to our Aviso CSM JP Niemann.  JP is a true professional  who has guided us well through the implementation and provided excellent post-launch training.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

As a smaller company, Aviso does not offer the specialized implementation project management team you might expect from a large enterprise SaaS provider like Salesforce.com.  In our case this meant a more fluid, hands-on implementation process than we had anticipated...heavy UAT and multiple daily stand-up calls.  It worked  out well but it was just different than other enterprise-level implementation projects.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two primary problems:
1. improve pipeline forrecast accuracy.  In our business. forecasts drive project staffing.  To the degree forecasts are inaccurate, we hire project staff who are unproductive
2. Improve seller efficiency by automating multiple administrative tasts

We integrated Aviso into our sales process, the benefits have been unmistakably clear. The platform's forecasting capabilities stand out, offering more than just numbers—it provides motivation and a roadmap to achieving our sales targets. What impresses me is Aviso's ability to distill insights from the vast sea of data, presenting a quarter-based overview that's both insightful and actionable. This is a significant improvement over the often overwhelming quarter overviews provided by Salesforce, allowing for a clearer, more focused sales strategy.

Aviso's features go beyond just data presentation. The platform has become an integral part of our daily sales operations, thanks to its intuitive interface and powerful analytical tools. However, one area where I see room for growth is in the integration of Salesforce's next steps into each deal's overview within Aviso. It's a forecasting tool. It's a good single screen for managers to look at.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Reps still have to update a ton of other sources for Aviso to work as a single screen for managers.
It's more of a QoL upgrade for managers.
For reps, it's a really basic forecasting tool.
Aviso does not update instantanously, but it takes a number of hours so no real-time conversations can actually happen which creates a culture of updating the sources Aviso plugs into daily, toward the end of the day (a bit much to be honest).
UI is incredibly aggressive and not east on the eyes.
Personalisation is super limited.
It does nothing to make my life as a rep easier.
It doesn't do anything particularly well.
Managers disliked it.
It's just so redundant.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wouldn't say it solved any problems. It just added itself to the Forecast screens that we need to check to make sure numbers reconcile. Also sometimes numbers didn't reconcile so we would be forced to misrepresent deals in SFDC just to make values make sense in Aviso. So odd.

**What do you like best about Aviso?**

The ease of getting the forecasting managed, our enviornment has multiple metrics based on the line of business (GP, Revenue, MRR) and it's next to impossible to manage out of HubSpot alone. The Aviso tool has allowed for our leadership team to get timely and accurate data much faster and without hours of manual reporting each week which has allowed our team to focus on moving our business forward. 

The Team at Aviso has been great about working with us to make sure our unique business needs have been met and that everything is running smoothly. There have been a few bugs that popped up but they have been quick to problem solve and roll out the updates.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

There is a lot happning in the tool, it's a bit of a learning curve but this could be due to the more complicated nature of our business forecasting. Once we learned where everything was it got much easier to navigate and get everyone moving in the same direction.

Complex KPIs and different line of business metrics that need to be rolled up multiple times a week to senior leadership and the board

Aviso replaces an extremely manual, painful & repetitive process to collect sales forecasts at the rep, manager and company level.  It provides excellent visibility into the performance of the sales team and even highlights key deal movement throughout the pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Not necessarily a dislike but the sales team has to be engaged and using the platform for it to provide value.  Once the sales team is engaged, the benefits start rolling in.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales forecasting and visibility.  Aviso helps us to see that our forecast rollup is in good shape compared to historical data and current pipeline.  Aviso also helps us with pipeline movement analysis, rep performance analysis and sales coaching.  We use Aviso to collect deal/contact level data and actually push that back into our CRM so we can provide sales leadership with additional dashboards/reports to help them coach their teams.  Additionally our team uses Conversational Intelligence to record meetings and gain valuable insights into how the calls are going.

**What do you like best about Aviso?**

I have worked for many companies in SaaS and used many different platforms for forecasting. Aviso is the most advanced and user-centric. The UI is very clean, simple, and easy to navigate. This platform goes beyond forecasting, bringing in AI-based video analysis for recall, notes, and intelligence in a predictive model. This team is pushing the envelope, pushing new features and functionality based on feedback they are hearing from the GTM teams. One item I enjoy is the ability to create 360 profiles or scores to highlight interactions or risks in deals, even pointing out potential champions based on emotional intent in calls. It's nice to easily see different trends across various data points with the analytics features, and it gives me a visual of all pipelines, stages, and recommendations for the next steps. SFDC integration is also easy to use and creates a two-way sync, eliminating redundant data entry. Our team is excited to learn more about the new GenAi "MIKI" model and how it can make us more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Not many items I dislike about Aviso as they have a more mature model using LLMs. Some times I am unable to access the site or the link is broken after logging in. Support team addressed the issue within 24 hours. No other issues.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aviso does a great job of not only transcribing my conversations with customers but summarizes the notes, action items, next steps and highlights key areas of interest in a clean format. The intelligence behind the solution helps guides my position in next calls, who to connect with and analyzes the risk in the deal. This required lots of manual work and collaboration before .

The Aviso teams willingness to work with us to customize to our requirements.  We had some unique requirements and the Customer Success team led by Sonia, Ravi and Stephen were awesome to work with.  We had lots of requests and they worked hard to turn them around quickly.  One of the best experiences I've had in awhile.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Nothing is perfect, but the team at Aviso has a list of feature enhancements that they need to deliver against.  I'm confident they will work to close these.

**What problems is Aviso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aviso is enabling a rolling 3 month forecast across 3 lines of revenue.  Prior to Aviso we were managing out of spreadsheets and now we have live integration with our CRM data.  The goal for us was forecast accuracy without requiring a rep to spend more than 15 minutes a week providing a forecast.

Like the over all dashboard and analytics , same goes on the AI capability it can offer .
But I also suggest to give all user the freedom to customized their own dashboard base on their target reports , metrics etc.  This custom view base on the users  persona and dashboard needs will definitely eliminate confusions on their priority reports and analytics . Just a suggestion, that is . Thanks.

The flexibility and the insights - it's right at the tip of your fingers! Also, customer support is amazing, Ajay is super fast and very reliable.

The lack of automated exporting functionalites - for analyst roles it is a most and makes it cumbersome.

Manual work - can't stress enough the reduction in manual work and mistakes
Accountability - users can now be held accountable and we can track better what is working and what not is working
Reliability - Aviso AI helps us challenge assessments and act proactively to advance the opportunities faster and better
Forecasting transformation - we can now do Deal Based Forecast, which is a total game changer, moving from Art to Science

I love that I have a clear view of my entire pipeline and can easily update opportunities from my forecast page. When I am in my CRM I have to into each indivdual opportunity to update then go abck to a view of my entire pipeline tor eview what needs to be updated and am constantly switching back and for from my pipeline to indvidual opportunties. While in Aviso it is clear what is at risk, what is trending well, what needs to be updated, and I can take care of it all in one view! No more crazy context switching! Additionally, I am please by how accurate Aviso's forecast typically is. It just takes some time to get ramped and then it is pretty good at guessing what I will close in a quarter.

There is not really anything to dislike!

Aviso solves the problem of an outdated pipeline and inaccurate forecasts. It helpsd me keep all opportunties up to date and find out wehre my gaps are in my pipeline/where I need to focus to hit my number.

I'm really liking my experience so far with Aviso. My favorite part is that it connects to email and my CRM and assists me in knowing where I shoudl but my effort and attention in order to close deals. Very easy to use and the AI portion of it is incredible! I also like how I can connect to the app as well and update through there. That part is very helpful after hours when I'm at the gym or watching tv after work and need to action something real quick.

It would be nice if Aviso had immediate updates when I would process in the CRM, but the delay isnt terrible.

The best part of Aviso to me is the pencil by the boxes to edit any information manually, this helps to make sure Aviso is completly up to date before any forecast calls, sometimes SF can take a little while to sink, I also like how you can click into the closure percentage and it gives you detail of why this deal is i.e. 50% likely to close.

**What do you dislike about Aviso?**

Nothing thus far, new user and at the moment it seems brilliant.

Aviso saves a lot of time as you do not have to manually input a lot of detail if anything its easier and quicker to update deals in Aviso than in SF. Its great because you do not have to duplicate work and instead automatically updates SF.

I love the analysis it provides on each account, what needs to be done for a succesful close and most importantly, where it thinks you need to work harder in the sales funnel to bring to a close.  Very easy to use and great support a great tool for anyone in sales.

I don't see any, - it has many advantages over Salesforce and is real time
