I personally think Avaza is straightforward and easy to use, which is a big plus for me. I love the time management features because they are easy to access, and I can enter time and track work in real time. I like that I can set alerts to see tasks or jobs coming up, and there's a handy feature to copy over recurring time like extended holidays or leaves. I also love the ability to chat with Avaza support quickly whenever needed. The team at Avaza is always responsive and quick to work on trying to meet our needs. I urgently needed an export of all projects and their associated tasks regardless of task status, but the current report available in Avaza did not include the descriptions and notes that were created with the tasks. Please add descriptions and comments/notes to export reports. Make the ability to pin your often visited projects to the dashboard, especially if you are the project manager. Make the dashboard filter static so that it doesn't change each time you click on a project and your filters are still available when you come back from clicking on a project.
