What do you like best about Ashby?

Ashby offers an unparalleled applicant tracking system (ATS) that provides candidate relationship management, automated scheduling, sourcing, email lookups and sequencing, and analytics/reporting solutions. It's easy to use and simple to set up. Hiring teams, candidates, and recruiters will all agree that it's interface is intuitive and easy to understand. What do you dislike about Ashby?

Ashby limits the number of email lookups and time to do bulk actions. While I don't believe this is a problem for larger companies using Ashby, I believe this is a result of a being a smaller startups and paying a very afforadable and reasonable annual price. What do you like best about Ashby?

I really like how much time the platform saves me on coordination. The Google Calendar sync is great; it's instant and makes scheduling interviews painless. I can also confidently manage our hiring efforts with external agencies because the access controls and visibility are smooth. Beyond that, the pipeline view is visually the best I’ve used, it's clean, easy to read, and allows for extremely simple, yet effective, candidate tracking and management. What do you dislike about Ashby?

My one small frustration is the learning materials, while the support team is fantastic once you connect with them, the help articles themselves can be a bit much. If I just have a quick question I don't always want to email support, or to dig through the massive knowledge base. The AI bot is getting there with linking to the right place with the answer , but it's not quite there yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
