Factory Fix is a platform I use to help review applicants for jobs I’ve posted, specific to a field. This helps to ensure applicants that meet my predetermined criteria are put to the top of the stack, and those that may not are not; all while saving me time! Additionally, the price is reasonable – and doesn’t fluctuate! I’m charged one set price monthly, with no hidden fees! If I have a question, the support team is quick to answer. Lastly, I have access to labor report data that helps me stay competitive and retain current employees! While Factory Fix does use AI - it's all driven by me! Being able to enter a job description and requirements, and then have FactoryFix weed out the good candidates from the not-so-good ones, is amazing. I’ve had a great experience using FactoryFix, especially because of how streamlined and effective the platform is. One of my favorite features is the ability to text candidates directly through the system. It makes communication much faster and more efficient, since most people see and respond to texts more quickly than emails. This has helped me get timely responses and keep the hiring process moving.

I also really appreciate how focused the candidate searches are. I am able to quickly connect with a high volume of qualified CNC Machinists without having to sift through unrelated profiles. Candidates that we see in Factory Fix are truly manufacturing industry candidates. We don't get a lot of door dashers or retail associates like we see in some of the platforms we use to source. Also, the resume data is generally complete and well organized. The labor market information Factory Fix provides is extremely valuable and saves a lot of time manually collecting the information. The customer service from Factory Fix is outstanding. Truly, no other sourcing platform provides the level of support and response that they do. Factory Fix doesn't hide or omit any of the candidate information like some of the other platforms do. Additionally, the customization options the service offers are so appreciated. I can tailor the questions asked to each specific position. I use Factory Fix daily, it helps me keep track of candidates I'm moving forward, and I'm getting quality candidates. I wish I could pull more reports myself. For example, I would like to be able to query how many people I dispositioned because of candidate decline and see the reasons for the decline.
