It is really convenient to observe the asset information overlay on a map, which helps to find the tendencies in the network of my assets. **What do you dislike about AgileAssets?** I have not found it easy getting my data into AgileAssets and this has been quite frustrating. The system appears not to be efficient in handling the import of big data, which usually results in errors that can only be fixed by making some manual alterations. **What problems is AgileAssets solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have found that owning an AA subscription has been useful when managing my transportation infrastructure. Data displayed in a map format makes decision-making easier and allows me to allocate resources for maintenance and repair work effectively. ### 3. Not only can I fix the things that are about to break down through my maintenance history, but I can also plan replacements for at risk items directly from my asset management portal. **What do you dislike about AgileAssets?** We are aware that it is quite hard to make reports (up to this point). The data are all in, and if reports are customized and individual elements are extracted, it takes additional time. The reporting system must have pre-made reports for common cases to be useful. **What problems is AgileAssets solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the agile asset management approach by AgileAssets, the questions of the where, what, when and how are simply answered. Being aware of the state of all the assets I have helps in making maintenance decisions that are smarter which prevent breaking down unexpectedly and also saves money. ### 4. We are always looking for more efficient and speedier routes while maintaining our safety of our drivers and our vehicles. AgileAssets keeps up with the operations of our fleet, and keeps our routes efficient and allows us to maintain our 99% delivery rate. There are also safety features that track our drivers and vehicles for maintenance and other issues. **What do you dislike about AgileAssets?** Customer service could be better, but it may be due to our niche market of pharmaceuticals and needing to expedite product due to temperature or specialty and type of drug. **What problems is AgileAssets solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing our fleet of vehicles and keeping logistics efficient with our entire fleet of trucks, semis, and vans.
