The technician who handled the installation was professional, well-prepared, and adaptive to our plant's situation. Our sales rep has been focused on ensuring we receive true value. I also find the dashboards increasingly useful; they let us display the statistics we need in the format we want. The dashboard's ability to consolidate machine information in one spot with an easy tool to set time periods is very powerful, especially for tracking running time and total cycles. Creating a page for machine cycle counts reduced friction in our process significantly.

I like the easy-to-use interface of TRACTIAN, which makes it simple to see where the downtime and part count are, and it's very visual. I also like the team, especially Luke, who spent a lot of time onsite with multiple courtesy visits to ensure the sensors gather the correct data. The deployment was very easy and Luke followed up with any issues and concerns. The sensors work very well, providing us with the power monitoring and machine data we need.

I really like TRACTIAN's real-time operational feedback from the plant, which helps me see production delays in real time. This allows me to allocate resources effectively to get equipment that is stopped moving again and determine why it stopped, so I can implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. The network independence is a nice feature as well. Plus, the installation team was fantastic, super professional, and got us up and running in a single go. It feels like we have priority in the team's schedule, and we've been making consistent progress toward our ultimate goals with the tools.
