Integrations with IoT sensors and condition monitoring looks easy-to-use and setup, without the need for expensive consultants.

The performance is blazing-fast, thanks to being cloud-based rather than locally hosted like other CMMS we have used in the past.

The pricing is competitive for the features offered, and I would pick MaintainX over any other CMMS any day (I've had my experience).
