Zapium helps me connect customer service requirements with commercial follow-up. When a service visit, inspection, breakdown observation, or maintenance recommendation is recorded, I can use that information to plan the next discussion with the customer. It gives better context for proposing maintenance work, spare replacement, additional service visits, or long-term support contracts.

The best part for me is being able to check previous work history for an asset before troubleshooting from the mobile app only. It gives useful context about past faults, repairs, and parts used at that customer location.
