What do you dislike about Accruent Maintenance Connection?

The new UI has been very glitchy and has caused a lot of small issues, but the team at accruent has done a great job getting these fixed. The second thing is I do not like the name of the "Preventative Maintenance" module.. This can be confusing to users because this is a scheduling module of the procedures. What problems is Accruent Maintenance Connection solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are a few projects where AI is being explored to improve the user experience. One I’m especially excited about is the ability to take a picture of a paper work order and have it upload directly to completed work orders. Since our organization runs lean in the maintenance departments, this would let users continue using paper work orders while still having an easy way to close them out and track the work.

Another project focuses on making it easier to create a work order and track asset history. The team is working on a better way to extract asset barcodes and get them printed in various formats. This should have a huge impact on ease of use for creating work orders and for tracking all work being completed on the assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
