What do you like best about eMaint?

eMaint continues to add features to the X5 app and is now starting to incorporate AI tools. X5 is a big improvement in UI, functionality and overall performance of the app.

Onboarding a tech savvy client like us has been easy. Training documentation and live sessions were beneficial to getting us up to speed.

Pricing is also reasonable for a tool that is flexible and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eMaint?

While workflows are a good start to provide customized behaviour, there's room for improvement on form control, data validation, business process flows, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run multiple eMaint instances (the latest being X5) and we use eMaint mainly as a work request and preventative maintenance system for our client's facilities. We also handle subcontractor work inside of eMaint and leverage it for processing of subcontractor invoices as well. Lastly, we have custom integrations built to connect our other field service management systems and ERP to eMaint in improve data visibility to our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
