**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I use ADP Workforce Now for HRIS, including document execution, employee demographics, and payroll. I love having everything in one place and having an employee file cabinet. The field grabber option really stands out because it allows me to customize reports fully on any fields available, giving me exactly what I need. Reporting is so strong; it's a game changer for me.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

I think AES, integrations, and customer ticketing could be improved. I found that I use that less and less and just utilize the chat option whenever I need help. The implementation was not as successful as I would have liked it to be.

I love having everything in one place with ADP Workforce Now. The employee file cabinet and customizable reports are fantastic. The field grabber option lets me create exactly the reports I need, making the reporting feature a game changer.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

We can structure our ADP to fit Ontario standards. I can easily set up different types of employee levels, such as full-time, part-time, contractor, full-time contractor, and T4 vs. T4A contractors. That flexibility is really nice.

I also like that it connects easily with the CRA, and we get good support from the India team whenever we need it. Pricing was also an important factor in selecting this tool compared to others, since we pay based on the modules we are procuring.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

Sometimes the calculations for deductions and taxes aren’t consistent because, a lot of the time, they are manually adjusted by the India team. When that happens, it’s difficult to receive feedback from them and to clearly identify the level of accountability.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to populate our payroll with the various employee types, and then set up individual rules and access levels for their login features, all the way through to the taxes that need to be set up for each of them. It’s very flexible.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I've been using ADP Workforce Now for over 30 years, and I'm really familiar with the software. I like that I can chat and reach the ADP Support Center. The AI assist also stands out a lot, especially for reporting, which is something I'm currently working on. Setting it up is easy as long as you know the ins and outs of the ADP software.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

For time and attendance, I don't want the office employee to use the ADP mobile app on the website to clock in or out. We operate in multiple states, and they should be able to clock in or out from their desktop, where I can see their desktop identification or something similar.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ADP Workforce Now for payroll, but there's an issue where the timesheet department doesn't show in batch 90. The AI assist is helpful for reporting.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I was able to jump right in at my new job and start using ADP without any training. The ADP support team is always helpful and makes me look really good at my job! We’re integrating more and more modules into our WFN setup, and it’s been great to see how smoothly everything works together.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

It would be nice to have the ability to reference a page (an employee profile, for instance) while doing something in another part of WFN.  Always having to close out of a benefit page to reference something in an Employee Profile means clicking around a lt.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Carrier Connections has allowed me to automate our information feeds with our vendors for benefits and other products we use (earned wage access vendors, etc.)  These feeds allow me to focus on more important work and instantly transmits the information to our carriers.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I liked that I could call the agent anytime, even though I had to be one of only five people who got access. At least everything worked. It was a bit challenging at first to figure out where everything was and how it all worked, but in the end it did work.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

Sometimes it would take 2–3 business days just to get a single question answered. On top of that, the agents would change frequently, so I had to keep track of the inquiries I’d already submitted and remember exactly what I asked. Even though I typed everything out, I still had to stay really on top of my questions to avoid repeating myself.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now I’m not using it, but I did like the reporting. There were reports for everything, although it took some time to get familiar with it and learn where to find what I needed.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I think once you log in, ADP Workforce Now is easy to use. It is very self-explanatory, and you don't need a lot of instructions to go in and verify what you're expecting, like when you request days off. It's very clear how much it would take from your balance and when you can expect approval. So that was very nice. I found the setup really easy, taking less than four hours, and even less than an hour just to verify where everything was, like balances, payrolls, and expected dates. The information was very self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

I find it frustrating that every time I log in, I have to sign back in even if I saved it on my computer. It always requests a lot of things just to set it up, so it's kind of hard to use. I used to use it as a payroll app, and I really think the signing-up part should save your information, so you don't have to go in and out repeatedly.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While ADP Workforce Now is hard to use with frequent login issues, it's easy to navigate once logged in, especially for requests like days off. It's self-explanatory, clear on balances and approvals.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

What I like best about ADP Workforce Now is how everything is centralized and easy to access. The UI is fairly clean, and once you get used to it, it's simple to navigate for things like pay, hours, and time off. Performance is generally reliable, and I like that information updates in real time, which helps avoid confusion. From an employee perspective, it works well on its own, even if integrations with other tools aren't always visible to us. It also seems to reduce back-and-forth with HR, which adds value in terms of time saved. Onboarding was straightforward, and most features are easy to learn without much support.  I haven't really used any AI features directly, but overall, the platform does a good job of making everyday tasks more efficient

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

What I dislike about ADP Workforce Now is mainly around the UI and navigation.  Some features are buried under multiple menus, so it can take extra clicks to find simple things like a pay statement or a time-off balance.  The layout could be more intuitive and customizable.  Performance can also be a bit inconsistent at times, with slower load times between pages. From an employee perspective, integration and AI features aren't very visible or impactful, so it sometimes feels like a basic system rather than a modern one. Support isn't something I use often, but when issues come up, it's not always clear where to go for help within the platform.  The AI intelligence is alsmost non existent as I cannot see where exactly AI helps in any of the navigations or recommendations.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of having to manage payroll, time, tracking, and personal work information across different systems.  Everything is in one place, which makes it much easier to check my pay, track hours, and request time off.  IT benefits me by saving time and reducing confusion, since I can see everything clearly and in real time without needing to contact HR. The system is generally reliable, and even though I don't directly see integrations or AI features, it helps streamline everyday tasks and makes managing work-related information more efficient

I appreciate that ADP Workforce Now takes care of many of the federal taxes for us, which is a significant help. The Document Cloud is probably the most used tool for me. It helps us organize our candidate flow and document the process for interviews, screening, or even referrals. I-9 management has been very helpful for compliance, game changer.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

The service is very lacking and I struggle with the structure of the service department, where you have to reach out to multiple people to get certain items accomplished. There are parts of the recruiting module that are a bit clunky. It would be ideal if documents saved in modules automatically were uploaded to employee documents.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP Workforce Now helps us organize our candidate flow and document processes for interviews, screening, and referrals. It takes care of many federal taxes for us. Has streamlined employement communication.

The initial setup was very smooth, and the person who helped us was very informative and supportive.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I manage the Benefits module and open enrollments for a few hundred ADP Workforce Now clients. It provides an easy platform to manage benefit plans and eligibility enrollment files for my clients. I particularly like how well benefits and payroll can mesh. Having payroll deductions managed by benefits allows for easy management of payroll deductions. Our partnerships at ADP make it easier to set up ADP Workforce Now, even if we have to go back and forth with them a few times.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

Many items, like workflow notifications, are designed for individual employers and a single account. Not having a workflow notification for Employee Termination really makes it challenging at times to manage terminations.

I use ADP Workforce Now for managing benefit plans and eligibility enrollment, offering an easy platform for my clients. I like the integration of benefits and payroll, which simplifies payroll deductions management.

It's pretty straight forward to set up a new employee. I like that it has potential for a lot of integration: 401k, API's, Recruiting, Benefits, etc. However, getting everything to flow correctly is sometimes a challenge. I love that you're coming out with ADP Assist & I can't wait to try it out when it becomes available to us.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

It's been a very difficult process to get our salaried individuals to be paid correctly if they use PTO under the Construction module. Our customer support specialist does not seem very knowledgeable on the broad spectrum of topics we need help with. We STILL do not have a way to properly tax hybrid employees to their appropriate locations.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are still working on getting salary calculations correct, working out kinks in our new EDI feeds with our benefit providers

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

When I get an ADP rep that I can understand clearly and they seem to want to make sure all my questions and needs are addressed. 
I love the instant preview process & being able to see in real time info on our employees. 

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

On occasion I will get an ADP rep that I have trouble understanding and therefore I'm not 100% sure that they fully understand my question or needs. 
The connection between adding states for Workers Comp and the renewal.  I will receive emails saying my Work Comp policy is available for download and for all the years I can remember, the download is never there on the portal.  I have to call ADP Insurance dept & ask them to resend.  Which is what I need to do after this review as my policy is not there to upload for 2019. 
Wish there were HSA limits to set to help me stay on track to avoid overfunding someone's HSA account, i.e. like there are for 401k deferrals.

Pay by Pay has helped tremendously to spread out the annual premiums for Work Comp

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I mainly use ADP Workforce Now for payroll, requisition, and benefits. I love how easy it is to use. Once I know which dashboard is used, it's easy to find what I need. It gives me a history of what changes happened and how much. The system is able to timestamp and indicate changes were made by the employee, which really helps when employees make deduction changes.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

The report dashboard seems to be stuck in a loading loop. I've tried everything like refreshing, clearing cookies and cache, and using different browsers, but the issue remains. I just go back to the old dashboard, which works just fine.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ADP Workforce Now for payroll. It timestamps employee deduction changes, helping with payroll accuracy. I like having a history of changes and its ease of use once familiar with the dashboard.

I really appreciate the ability to assign delegates to approve certain things and the transparency ADP Workforce Now provides to employees regarding their time off, paid time off, and benefits. This feature has been very impactful for us, especially since we have different managers handling various responsibilities like approving time off, monitoring attendance, and correcting clock-in errors. The way delegate access is assigned differently really benefits our workflow. The onboarding process is another area where ADP Workforce Now excels; it makes everything secure and easy, keeping all documentation organized and making onboarding new staff a breeze.

The scheduling templates could be a little bit easier to set up. I feel like some of the team solutions and dashboards are a little bit outdated.

Some of the features such as the LMS and parts of the performance reviews could be improved. For the LMS we have multiple issues with the search feature and finding what we need due to the system having so many courses.

The onboarding feature is probably the most helpful for us. Helps to allow new hires to quickly and efficiently complete their paperwork before their first day allowing us to having things ready to go for their first day. Self service for our employees helps us to allow employees to complete tax forms and direct deposits with ease allowing less errors in payroll processing for those aspects.

Timecard management and employee work schedules are also features I enjoy; the timecard management is easy for users and their managers. We love the technical support provided by ADP Workforce Now, and I appreciate how ADP guided us through the setup process, especially since we've been with ADP for over 35 years.

I like the employee self-service options and find them really beneficial. They empower employees by giving them control over their own changes to tax elections and let them retrieve copies of pay stubs and tax forms. It's also great that it provides information on how to update their data. I appreciate the strong customer service, which is responsive and available most of the time to help with any issues or questions that come up.

We tried to use the HRIS side of the application but it is too rigid. There were features we were sold on, but were not available yet or fully implemented. Also, the system is obviously built on a legacy platform with unexplained codes, accumulators, and fields with too short text limits. It often makes me wonder if it is running on the WOPR from WarGames somewhere. Set up was complex. ADP did provide an implementation team with regular meetings and tasks to get us up and running. Implementation took several months and quite a bit of effort.

The time and attendance and time off feature are still my favorite!  Supervisors who are not very tech savvy use it with ease.  I've only used Paychex other than ADP and I prefer ADP hands down!

The performance feature and the confusion with approval paths.  I wish it was easier to set up more personalized messages for approvals.  I also wish there were more languages available other than English and Spanish.  We have many Vietnamese employees who would like to use the system if it was in their language.

My biggest concern is the customer support. In my experience, it’s been inconsistent. Dedicated representative is not readily available and response times to emails takes a couple of days. It’s a solid, general-purpose ERP and HR all-in-one platform. It’s especially strong in payroll processing, which aligns with the company’s origins. Overall, it’s user-friendly and scalable, adapting well to different companies’ day-to-day functions and needs.

It offers endless possibilities, letting us track personal information and education, manage items requiring renewal, run reports, and easily access and sort HR information. I also like how the company listens to users and continuously improves and creates products. The general reports and field grabber tools are beneficial for tracking the educational status of all staff. The initial setup went fairly smooth, training was fast, and the Bridge and Learning paths are great resources.

I have to deal with the 401k secure act requirements of Roth conversions for flat dollar contributions manually. It should be automated like the 401k percentage process, so it's not up to the employer to review every payroll manually.

I find ADP Workforce Now handles accurate payroll processing, taxation, and benefit enrollments well. The new hire wizards streamline processes, The Bridge supports learning, and custom reporting allows creating diverse reports.

I find that there needs to be clearer directions when it comes to federal income tax for employee deductions. Some employees do not get enough Federal Income Tax withdrawn from their paycheck, and they do not know why. It's also not as easy as it could be for managers to navigate and manage all their employees plus indirect reports.

I use ADP Workforce Now for payroll and benefits. It solves reporting issues and integrates with Workforce Management. The mobile app allows employees to access paystubs, check benefits, and enroll online, making it user-friendly.

To put it plainly, ADP does the job and does it well. It's not shiny or fun, but it does its job very well. Clocking in and out is easy, vacation and sick time requests are simple, and everything just works exactly as advertised.

The only thing I dislike is the UI, ADP looks like it was designed in Windows 95 and never updated. However, as I said, it doesn't affect performance at all, so it's a small gripe

ADP seems to have multiple platforms beyond just Wokforce Now and I find it confusing to know which platform to use for which purpose. I have one login as the administrator of my company, a different login as an employee of my company, and another login for another company I work for that uses ADP - I never quite know which login to use for which platform, making it cumbersome to navigate the system.

We needed a reliable, web-based (with a mobile app) platform to manage employee pay and time management.

The initial setup was terrible. To be honest. The implementation, we're still having issues with. The things that don't work well for me are customer service. We have a very hard time getting answers that don't take longer than they should.
