I like that ADP Workforce Now makes it easy for me to log in and access my pay stubs and T4s. I appreciate the convenience of being able to go back historically to previous records without any hassle. It's great that I don't need to rely on my company to print and mail pay stubs and T4s, as ADP Workforce Now allows me to access them digitally without extra work or effort.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

I wish it was easier to see what my potential annual salary could be as someone who earns commission.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ADP Workforce Now to easily access my pay stubs and T4s digitally, without extra work from my company. It's convenient for historical viewing, eliminating the need for printing and mailing.

I like that with ADP Workforce Now, you can customize reports, which saves a lot of time and provides many options. The payroll processing is simpler now, and approving payroll happens quicker and with one click.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

Running multi-company payroll and generating reports for all companies together can be a hassle with ADP Workforce Now. Currently, I have to process each company individually and generate 41 reports for each company in Canada. I wish I could combine them all into one register and one GL. Also, the initial setup of ADP Workforce Now was a lot of work.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find ADP Workforce Now simplifies payroll processing and reporting. Approving payroll is quicker with one click, and customizing reports saves me time with numerous options.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I find the reporting feature in ADP Workforce Now excellent. There are many different reports to choose from, which makes it easier with so many options available. It does take a bit of time to get used to all the options if you want to create a custom report, but the variety available is impressive.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

The migration from ADP Run to ADP Workforce Now was an absolute nightmare due to poor communication between the implementation specialists and our company. The initial setup was terrible because of not effective communication, with days going by without hearing from the implementation specialist despite multiple emails. Sometimes they were on vacation or sick, yet there was no communication about their absence.  Also, when you call ADP with a question, you will get an answer. But, if you call back with the same question, you will get a different answer. The specialists who answer the phone seem to be first level in experience. Very frustrating. When you finally find someone who is knowledgeable, you can’t get their direct phone number. We are a company of just under 100 and my understanding is that if we were much larger that we would get a dedicated person to call or text.  Last, once your sales person lands your sale, they drop out of the pictures There is no follow up to see how things are going. We had to reach out to our sales person with our complaints during implementation and it was only then that we would get better responses.  We looked at Paylocity as some of us had used them in the past…there are many days that we wished we chose them.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ADP Workforce Now mainly for payroll processing, managing employee benefits, and onboarding/offboarding. Its many reporting options, though initially a bit complex, make my work easier.

One new thing I like about ADP Workforce Now is its AI-powered features. It helps in detecting payroll errors automatically and gives useful insights, which saves time and improves accuracy.

I also like the improved dashboards and reporting tools, as they make it easy to get real-time data and take quick decisions.

Another good feature is that everything (HR, payroll, benefits) is available in one single platform, so work becomes more organized and efficient.

One area where ADP Workforce Now can improve is its user interface, as it sometimes feels outdated and not very intuitive for new users. It takes time to learn because the system has many menus and features.

I really appreciate that ADP Workforce Now is customizable but also user-friendly, which is essential for our company since we operate in two states across eight locations with various positions including warehouse staff, delivery drivers, and office personnel. Being able to set it up the way we need it to work is very helpful. I also find the customer support through the chat feature and the Bridge to be very helpful.

There are some minor features and functions that we wish it had. I wish there were more wizard-based processes. This would cut down on some of our manual processes.

That, in turn, frees up my time to focus on issues that require more attention; and with the new AI-driven assistance, it should further reduce the time I spend on these tasks.

I appreciate ADP Workforce Now's user-friendly app that keeps all my payroll data accessible from the first paystub to the latest right at my fingertips. Its capability to acknowledge and confirm the accuracy of salary data, like employment income and insurance, ensures the company is meeting their commitments on time. The automation features have dramatically smoothed out tasks such as requesting vacation or time off. Also, downloading and running it from the App Store was very easy.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

It would be better to add a functionality like downloading all paystubs together in a spreadsheet .CSV format. ADP lacks this functionality.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP Workforce Now helps me access and review paystubs and tax slips easily, ensuring salary data accuracy. It's user-friendly, stores all payroll data conveniently, and automates tasks like vacation requests, unlike my previous company's email system.

Once a candidate applies and makes it through the hiring process, all of their information stays in one place- from payroll to benefits.  Simple to use, easily accessible, and if we have questions, customer support is a chat away.

There seem to be kinks when new features are rolled out.  But new features are being rolled out, which means they are always evolving and trying to create a better product.

My main dislike about WFN is that, if you’re not a power user, an administrator can end up spending a lot of time refining reports and trying to understand the configuration—specifically how data is entered throughout the database.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WFN is currently working on how to maintain data for retiree benefit administration. These are non-paid/term status employees, yet they are still active on our benefits side and need to be included in the file feeds we report to carriers.

I use ADP Workforce Now for payroll and HRIS management, and it really helps me get to know my employees and their employment journey. It makes it easy to communicate with them using employee voice, handle onboarding, manage leaves, and process weekly payroll. I find it easy to use, and I value the onboarding feature and workforce manager. The initial setup was pretty seamless and easy.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

The leave function does not interact well with the workforce manager function. I would like leave and FMLA to translate into workforce manager attendance policies.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP Workforce Now helps me with payroll, HRIS management, getting to know my employees, using the employee voice, onboarding, placing employees on leave, and doing weekly payroll.

Honestly, there isn’t anything I dislike about ADP Workforce Now. I like everything about it, and I’ve been using it for a while now.

The best part about using this is that I can keep everything in one place, instead of having to download multiple apps just to access my W-2 and payroll information.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I like the customer service ADP provides. They offer many learning modules for their system, and there is always a customer service agent available to help. The chat feature is great; you get to speak with a live agent (not AI) who can guide you through almost any process. I needed help setting up our benefits options, and the agent on the chat feature walked me through the entire set-up process and stayed on the chat until I had complete confidence to move forward. Although the initial setup of ADP Workforce Now was moderately easy, there were some bumps along the way, but the customer service to get it straightened out was top-notch.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

I think the recruitment page can be more user-friendly, it takes some time to learn how to navigate it. I was having trouble finding where to re-open a job post after I had closed it. Navigating to that was not very intuitive.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It creates a smooth onboarding process, helps me find great candidates, and makes benefits enrollment easier.

I like using ADP Workforce Now because it keeps everything all in one platform for HR, payroll, and recruitment. I really appreciate the analytics view, especially the ability to filter and customize views. The storyboards are great as they provide a deeper dive into the workforce, giving me the ability to be proactive where needed.

The recruitment aspect of ADP Workforce Now could be improved. I would love for Google Workspace to function with ADP Workforce Now similarly to how MS Teams does.

ADP Workforce Now keeps everything on one platform, reducing complexity. I appreciate its analytics view, which allows filtering and creating custom views while providing deep workforce insights. It helps me be proactive where needed.

The support from the service team has been exceptional. They have consistently been highly responsive to our needs, proactive in their communication, and readily available whenever assistance is required. Their ability to quickly address questions, provide timely updates, and maintain open lines of communication has made working with them both efficient and seamless. Kristen Mahoney's  professionalism, reliability, and customer-focused approach have truly stood out and contributed greatly to our overall experience with WFN.

Some of the implementations timelines could be worked revised as we know it takes longer to implement and therefore should lengthen the timelines especially when moving from E-time to Workforce Manager.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform allows us to securely manage critical compliance documentation, employee records, payroll information, onboarding documentation, benefits administration, timekeeping, and other essential HR functions in one place. This centralized approach reduces manual processes, minimizes administrative inefficiencies, and helps ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Having all workforce data integrated within one system positions us to operate more efficiently, remain compliant, and scale effectively as organizational needs evolve.

It’s an easy to use system, there’s lots of learning features and tutorials. The bridge has a lot of information available for different features. The training courses available are helpful if you want to learn more about one area or product.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

Sometimes it can be hard to find the information needed, clicking through a profile several times to get to one portion of the employee profile takes a lot of time, the system will also randomly glitch and not allow access. Not having tech access if there is an issue for an employee can be troublesome.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s streamlining and making payroll, onboarding and recruiting so seamless and all in one platform instead of several different platforms.

Upside of ADP is they system is user friendly.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

Not an issue with the system Workforce now, but with customer service.  While the ADP representatives are professional, there is a significant disconnect in their training. The support staff seems to have no visibility into the actual client-side view of the system. This makes it nearly impossible to resolve issues efficiently, as I spent most of the call educating them on the payroll laws or need rather than fixing the system problem or set up. ADP needs to train their staff on the user experience, not just their internal backend tools

Workforce Now makes payroll processing and having employees make benefit elections easier.

I like the Global KPIs, recruiting, and voice of the employee features in ADP Workforce Now, as well as reporting. Since becoming a global company, having access to all my employees is really valuable. Also, the customer service is excellent, which helped us through the initial setup despite the challenges.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

I just need to get better access to creating custom reports. It's not ADP, it's more me learning all it can do. Not easy... the person in charge of our set-up was not as knowledgeable as we could have used.

Their payroll dashboard is the strongest pro of ADP Workforce Now. It is clean and decently easy to pull in payroll. The integration directly into ADP's 401(k) portal is seemless and leads to 0 errors.

The customer service is a huge pain point. The chat feature is helpful for quick fixes but the dedicated customer service managers constantly are reassigned and unhelpful over the phone. Call time constantly have large wait times, usually with no help.

Its a cost effective HRIS platform for midsized companies.

As a user I cannot really say there are any downsides to using this product. It manages our time and PTO properly, as well as out legal documents.

We can access our Tax forms anytime of the year from anywhere, it also provides a space to keep links to our work benefits. There is a PTO calendar that we can submit and our supervisors can approve or not these requests.

Now that I have a few years experience I like having all the information in one house. The reports are getting easier to run. The analytics is really nice.

How the payroll side and the HR side do not communicate very easily. Like the Attendance module is on the HR side has Pay Codes and the Payroll has Pay Codes, but they mean two different things and do not work together.

Having everything under one system is going to greatly reduce the amount of double and triple entries we are making now. Keeping one system updated is going to save so much time than maintaining several systems.

I really like ADP Workforce Now for its ease of access and being a great all-in-one platform. The accessibility of assistance, particularly the chat feature, is great because you can quickly connect with a live representative and have your questions answered. If needed, ADP doesn't hesitate to escalate to a phone call where you can share your screen and get help with any corrections. I really enjoy the reporting; navigating and pulling necessary reports is extremely seamless. ADP's willingness to assist with reporting is also a big plus. Also, the setup process was very easy and streamlined, and integrating different products like ADP unemployment compensation and ADP ACA has been seamless.

With the complexities of our onboarding, it just didn't work for us. So we utilize a separate system called HR Cloud, and then from the actual onboarding process, everything else is handled through ADP.

Performance reviews in ADP have been frustrating. Goals do not automatically move to the historical section when you close the review cycle. The contributor setting also doesn’t work as expected. There is no 360 review option in ADP, and I really dislike the change to the compensation events for merit. Managers can’t adjust probation amounts when selecting them in setup, and having to manually change things for proration makes the process even more difficult.

Enhanced workflows pilot program is helping but needs to more functionality with leaders and employees starting that process on their own.

I like ADP Workforce Now because it's easy to chat with someone when needed. It's valuable as it seems like a PEO system, so it simplifies administering benefits and 401(k). I appreciate how it allows us to easily input state details to ensure payroll taxes are withheld and remitted to the correct state and federal agencies.

I think it would be nice to have more clarity on how to pull certain reports and how to input specific payroll details in a better, more simplified manner. And I would also like to see them have more help articles, just kinda like Gusto does, to allow us to easily search and find ways to add admin users or add certain pay codes. I think it's a little clunky.

They stay with you until everything is resolved, and they’re always patient and kind. It really makes a difference!

Right now, I am having issue with the new "Transfer between Company code" feature. But beside that it is a great tool.

I really appreciate ADP Workforce Now for its ability to feed from one portal to another, which makes managing different processes seamless. The ease of reporting stands out to me as a valuable feature. Payroll processing has become much easier despite the use of many one-off payroll codes. Additionally, linking performance reviews to the Compensation portal helps in fairly giving increases. Setting it up was extremely easy, which was a huge plus.

I like how streamlined ADP Workforce Now is and how much information I can pull out of it. It saves me time because I can go to dashboards or time card exceptions and view the information in multiple different ways, making my workflow more efficient.

There is some things with the time off system, and getting the supervisors to be able to run their own reports that become troublesome.

I find ADP Workforce Now makes processing time cards easier and quicker. It streamlines the workflow, saving time by allowing me to view information in various dashboards. It's informative and streamlined, which I appreciate.

Everything can be done in the system. Recruiting, data analytics, performance… it’s all in one place. The system is pretty intuitive as well for general users.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

It’s a little less intuitive as an administrator, but there are lots of trainings that can help with this.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I currently work for an organization made up of multiple entities we are trying to align. ADP gives us a place to manage everyone’s information under the various company codes. As a small organization, the comprehensive services features are especially helpful in running payroll, managing leaves, and having a dedicated HR contact to bounce ideas off of.
