They are quite capabale of managing multi-year, multi-million dollar projects. They can also manage US or Europe shifts from India. **What do you dislike about Infosys?** They need to improve on next generation technolgies like AI. Our next step in digital transformation will be based on AI. I am sure they can help our systems to integrate with AI based systems but we need a partner who understand the core AI algorithms. **Recommendations to others considering Infosys:** Infosys can be considered as one stop for multiple technologies. They have resources across all technologies. However if you are looking for resource on niche skill set the can get you sub contractors.They can give you competitive billing rates. **What problems is Infosys solving and how is that benefiting you?** Infosys is managing a large digital transformation program for us. They have been involved in the Business Requirement gathering and helped us to select the tools for our initiatives. They have helped us to go live in multiple geographies. Project resources dont stick around for long. They either leave or they are rotated, at least the good ones.
