The dedicated support team is awesome. I have never called in and spoken with someone who was not able to help me. When connecting benefit carriers, you are quoted an estimated 12 weeks once all plans are built out. Ours has taken even longer. It does pose set back and double the work to have to track employee enrollment in multiple places. It is my understanding that some of the timeframe is on the carrier's end. This would not deter me from comp services because once it is set up, onboarding is streamlined but it has been a major set back, process, department, employee onboarding wise. **Recommendations to others considering ADP Comprehensive Services:** I would recommend participating in Comp Services for minimum of a year. There are a lot of features available to really tailor the employee's experiance and assist other departments in your organization. It does take time to learn, structure, restructure, and get a flow going. Coming from a place of using multiple systems, having one system that employees access offten rather than others here and there does make employee engaguement higher. **What problems is ADP Comprehensive Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a complany with the majority of our employees throughout the USA, collecting documents can be challenging. Comp Services has helped stream line the onboarding process, has made it to where all services for the employee can be accessed from one system opposed to keeping up with multiple, and the housing of employee documents to the employee's profile is unmatched. ### 34. Our company is on the smaller size for now until we ramp up hiring in the next 1-2 years. I struggled with the Benefits implementation due to the assigned Benefits implementation specialist having lack of communication and taking months to complete simple tasks for us. In January 2024, we began the implementation project kickoff. I was happy to have my project manager as my first interaction. The project was laid out clearly, and the critical points were spelled out from the start. The project manager was so professional and welcoming that I had confidence this implementation would flow well, and I was right. In February, my project manager introduced me to a team supporting me through the implementation along with her. I had four dedicated people scheduled in time to assist with configuration and teach me what the system could do. I could also call them anytime I needed assistance, and they were very responsive. They helped me through some serious challenges and saved the day in my payroll and tax processing. The great thing was that my project manager was engaged and led the project the entire time. Going into March 2024, I built a connection with my Client relationship manager. This person has been my essential business partner from the start. I would never have guessed the value we would receive for switching to comprehensive services just by having my client manager. Comprehensive services are an excellent match for small businesses that need live people (HR) services and payroll processing. This could provide ROI in as little as six months, allowing small business owners to do what they do best and run their businesses. I have also worked in large corporations, and when you have 5000 employees, comprehensive services are worth the value of having a dedicated line for employees to call to get subject matter experts to assist them with self-service tasks on the system. I have worked in locations where the entire HR team is packed in a lobby next to computers for hours at shift change to assist employees in finding their pay stubs, logging on to the system, changing their direct deposit, etc. It's frustrating for the employees and the HR team because of the inconvenience of not having access to each other except for specific periods. Employees can contact someone on their schedule to get better in-depth service with this service.
