I find ADP Comprehensive Services really helpful for payroll and talent management. Their compliance support is valuable, keeping us from owing money to any states, which saves us costs by not being out of compliance. I also appreciate ADP’s tax preparation services and the all-in-one solution they provide for managing our workplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would make support chat easier to use. Right now, they call or use a 'secure portal' to chat with me, then often close the ticket before I even have a chance to look at their response. I also don't answer calls I'm not actively expecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
