"Hassle-Free, Paperless Signing with Easy Tracking and Google Drive Cloud Storage: Adobe Acrobat Sign"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

Hassle-free and paperless document is the primary reason why we implement Adobe Acrobat Sign into our documentation software stack, it is easy to track which paper is already sign and which is still pending. The platform also available as mobile application, meeting with client and instantly creating quotation for them to sign is made easy. In addition, we now don't have to provide physical space to store new contract files anymore, with integration with Google Drive, all the document is now stored in the cloud for faster access and secure storage. What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

Opening heavy and large contract that contain more than 100 pages on Adobe Acrobat Sign has make the application slow and freeze on mobile version, the same issue isn't replicate when I open it from desktop, it is also might be because of the smartphone hardware. "Fast, Hassle-Free Digital Signing with Microsoft 365 Integration"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

Adobe Acrobat Sign improves how we manage our business approval and contract signing into digital form, it is becoming easy because we only need our phone to sign the document and no other special devices needed. Integration with Microsoft 365 document format make the signing process hassle-free, we don't to convert it to PDF first before signing the document and only convert it to PDF after putting the sign, its not only skipping one steps but also save the time by going paperless by not printing the document into hardcopy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

Need a new improved dashboard interface that is more interactive and intuitive to pair with the AI assistant features like document summarizer that take-out key point of the contract and detect mistakes on figures or numbers on the contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Signatures, Needs Better Cloud Integration"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I use Adobe Acrobat Sign to digitally sign documents and agreements with clients. I love how it makes tracking signatures across documents so easy. The ease of signing documents, along with the time stamps and verified signature stamps, is a big plus for me. I appreciate the option to create customized signatures and initials, which is enhanced by design improvements. This feature helps me differentiate between different document types. I also find it really convenient that I can type, draw, or upload a signature. The ability to track signatures easily and save locked files after signing is complete is another aspect I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

The integration with other cloud storage services could be better. As it only gets stored on Acrobat drive and needs to be moved manually. When saving a read-only copy of the file it does not get saved locally or on a local server. It only saves on acrobat server which is inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient e-Signature Tool, But Pricey for Individuals"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I like Adobe Acrobat Sign for its simplicity combined with functionality. The clean and easy-to-navigate interface means I can send documents for signing quickly, even if I'm a first-time user. I value the e-signature workflow the most, as it makes signing fast and legally compliant. Real-time document tracking lets me see exactly where a document is in the approval process, which is really helpful. Automated reminders reduce the need for follow-ups and prevent delays, which I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

The pricing is a bit high for individual users. Pricing can be a challenge for some users, especially for small businesses or individuals who only need basic signing, the subscription fee can be so high compared to simpler or free e-signature alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adobe Acrobat Sign stands out for its seamless integration with the Adobe ecosystem, making document workflows smooth and efficient. It offers legally binding, secure e-signatures with full compliance and audit trails, while providing cross-platform accessibility for signing anywhere. With automation features like reminders and bulk sending, plus the trust of Adobe’s brand, it’s a reliable solution for businesses seeking a professional and secure way to manage digital signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

One drawback of Adobe Acrobat Sign is its cost, which can feel high for small businesses compared to other e-signature solutions. Some users also find the interface slightly complex at first, and advanced features like workflow automation may require a learning curve. Additionally, while integrations are strong within Adobe’s ecosystem, connecting with certain third-party tools can be limited without extra configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Document Signing On-the-Go"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I like that Adobe Acrobat Sign converts any document and detects where the signature should be added, so I only have to validate that everything is fine. It's important to me because it allows me to sign documents directly from my phone, without needing to open an editing program or travel somewhere. The initial setup was super easy since it automatically recognized my account from the Adobe suite, and I just had to add my signature to start using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

Maybe I should let you add another type of signature, sometimes I have to validate documents only where I leave my initials and not my complete signature, that would be very useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
