What do you like best about Adit?

It's pretty easy to use and the customer service was fantastic. Onboarding went well and they make sure you are totally up to speed in the beginning. The forms are fully customizable which was a huge plus. Their app is also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adit?

Some of the functionality that we had with our previous company. One issue is an appt reminder being sent for every appt change. Even when the appt is changed to the same time, but placed in a different operatory. Also, creating a short call email blast to fill a vacancy is not as easy as before. What do you like best about Adit?

It is easy to use and figure out. I was able to teach myself to create my own customized new patient forms within a few tries. I also always have the option to send the content that I need made into a form to Adit and they will make it for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
