Outstanding Onboarding Experience - Huge Shoutout to Brad & Frank!

I wanted to take a moment to share that our onboarding experience with Minty Business was absolutely excellent. From the initial kick-off to the final integration steps, the service was top-tier.

Brad initiated our journey, leading an insightful discussion that gave us a clear, detailed brief on the business model and expected growth. He set a great, professional tone right from the start, ensuring we felt confident in our partnership.

On the technical side, Frank was truly a lifesaver. He provided all the necessary integration documents and went above and beyond to explain every step, ensuring we fully understood the process. His technical support made a complex integration feel seamless.

What do you like best about Minty Business?

SafeOpt provided our eCommerce footwear brand with a seamless set up and attentive customer service. We launched an initial test, and have seen strong performance out of the gate, and are looking forward to continuing to partner with them in 2026!

The email retargeting of anonymous visitors has helped fill a gap we weren't previously covering. We've been working together on a CPA basis, which has provided us a significant conversion boost and excellent ROAS.

The platform itself is clean, intuitive, and easy to use. The integration was simple and straightforward, with plenty of hands-on guidance provided to us as we got started. The reporting dashboard is similarly easy to use and navigate, coupled with attentive customer service to answer any questions.

What do you like best about Minty Business?

I’m the affiliate manager, and Addshoppers, the product from SafeOpt is one of our strongest-performing partners. Our collaboration is CPA-based, which consistently delivers excellent ROAS. Their email retargeting reaches anonymous visitors, filling a major gap in our funnel and driving a significant lift in conversions.

The platform includes a straightforward dashboard for reviewing campaign strategy and performance, and the integration only takes a few clicks. The reporting is clear and graph-based, making performance easy to interpret at a glance. The UI is intuitive, and the dashboard gives us everything we need to review campaigns and make informed adjustments quickly.

Support is fast and responsive, which keeps everything running smoothly. Many competitors in our space also work with SafeOpt — and it’s clear why.

What do you like best about Minty Business?

Working with SafeOpt has been a seamless and highly rewarding experience. The platform truly lives up to its promise of being "set it and forget it"—once implemented, it requires minimal ongoing effort on their part, yet consistently delivers strong, incremental value.

They’ve seen clear gains in sales driven by SafeOpt’s targeted remarketing capabilities, reaching customers who may have otherwise been lost. What’s especially valuable is that these results don’t come at the cost of added complexity for their team. The ease of use and automation behind the scenes make it a no-brainer addition to their marketing stack.

A big part of their success with SafeOpt is thanks to their Client Success Manager, Reagan Savage. Reagan has been a proactive, strategic partner from day one, helping them fine-tune the program to maximize performance. Reagan's insights and optimizations over time have made a measurable impact, and they've been instrumental in helping them get the most out of the platform.

What do you like best about Minty Business?

SafeOpt drives incremental revenue for our business from users that we are not capturing on our site with very minimal effort from our internal resources. Our SafeOpt rep is knowledgeable, quick to respond and helpful in getting additional campaigns set up or changes pushed live. I like how much SafeOpt has helped my clients perform in terms of revenue generation, and we seem to be tapping into a lot of new customers through SafeOpt. That's definitely the feature and benefit that I appreciate the most. I also think that the team at SafeOpt is really helpful, and they always have a wide range of knowledge that they're able to share. They're friendly and professional. SafeOpt is really easy to set up, and I don't think anybody's ever complained about the setup process. The clients just need to set aside five minutes to work through the initial setup. I like that SafeOpt is very easy to use. Their platform offers great visibility for reports, so I can easily see how well different KPIs are performing, whether it's clicks, open rates, or conversion rates. What do you dislike about Minty Business?

Link-based coupon codes, instead of a promo code that just gets copied and entered into the cart, are not available for self-service in the latest platform update. Since our coupons are link-based, it's more difficult for us to make changes or set up new campaigns.
