Our SafeOpt rep is knowledgeable, quick to respond and helpful in getting additional campaigns set up or changes pushed live. The only downside I can think of is that messages sent from a 3rd party on our behalf may cause consumers to view our brand in a negative light when the message is not direct from us. I like how much SafeOpt has helped my clients perform in terms of revenue generation, and we seem to be tapping into a lot of new customers through SafeOpt. That's definitely the feature and benefit that I appreciate the most. I also think that the team at SafeOpt is really helpful, and they always have a wide range of knowledge that they're able to share. They're friendly and professional. SafeOpt is really easy to set up, and I don't think anybody's ever complained about the setup process. The clients just need to set aside five minutes to work through the initial setup.
