What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

I have used quite a few different email campaign platforms, and by far, Active Campaign is the best. It is very user friendly, and I have sent many email campaigns for my retreat business, that are beautiful and creative. Once I authenticated my email, my email campaigns went to people's inboxes without going to their spam folders. So helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

It is very expensive. I'm unsure if I will be able to keep this up long term. Especially now while the economy has been declining so much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

The campaign builder is janky. There are bugs that slow my workflow down. The UI is at times confusing and not well designed. The cost is too high imo. I dread having to fix whatever goes wrong with our templates and automations because it means I've just lost a couple days of work. I don't find using ActiveCampaign ease or intuitive. Customer support is not ever helpful from a technical perspective. I strongly dislike ActiveCampaign and would not recommend it to anyone at any level of business.
