What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

ActiveCampaign have inceased the price on us almost 100% over the past 3 years. I just took the time to have a Zoom call and calmly lay out why this doesn't work for us. Their response - to offer us a lower level of service for almost the same price. So if we downgrade, we get less for the same price. If we switch to monthly (so we can leave if we want to without being tied in for a year - there are no refunds) - you guessed it - we pay even more. I feel like we are being backed into a corner with the choice of pay up or change provider. The choice is not going to be to pay up. I have no confidence that prices won't continue to increase. This feels like classic VC ownership - squeeze more out of the customers and don't worry if they leave. Which is fine if their objective is to have a handful of customers left paying a small fortune. Do you want to be one of those customers? Trust has been damaged and becaues of that we now have to figure out where to move next, rather than focussing on our business.
