"Easy Integration with Strong Accessibility and Accurate AI Translations"
What do you like best about accessiBe?

Easy to integrate, and it offers a lot of accessibility features. Support for many languages is available. I can easily specify which sections need to be translated and which ones should not. The AI translations from English to other languages are apt and correct, and the ability to override translations is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

It sometimes auto-triggers, and at times it causes issues with the HTML structure that affect the design. It also occasionally interferes with website functionality when it’s enabled.

I’m currently facing an issue where users accidentally enable accessibility by pressing Tab, and then typing @ in input fields (to mention someone) doesn’t work. It starts working again as soon as we turn it off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"accessiBe Makes Accessibility Easy with Fast Setup and AI Automation"
What do you like best about accessiBe?

What I like about accessiBe is how easy it is to implement. The installation is quick and it starts improving accessibility with minimal effort. The AI-driven automation helps bring websites closer to ADA compliance without requiring a deep technical knowledge or constant manual updates. I can also really appreciate the customizable accessibility interface to help enhance the ux for visitors with different needs while maintaining the site’s design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

The widget can feel a bit intrusive from a UX standpoint, and pricing may be steep for smaller businesses compared to alternative solutions (since I work in agency, I deal with this a lot). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Install, Reliable Accessibility Widget That Boosts Client Confidence"
What do you like best about accessiBe?

accessiBe allows me to provide an easy / compact solution for my clients (I'm a website designer / developer) and the customization widget is very easy to use / install. I like the new resources (certification letter for website) and it allows my customers to feel more confident in their compliance. Whenever I am onboarding customers to use accessiBe, I like how easy it is to reference it as the industry standard -- for example, if they don't know what accessiBe is or how it works (most dont), I will direct them to the Alex and Ani website so they can play around with the widget in real time. (used to be the Zara site but I don't see it there anymore?)

I like that the integration process (code script) is easy enough to have customers be able to manage on their own, but also is something customers feel better about having their designer/developer manage.

The widget is very consistent, doesnt ever appear to experience bugs, and doesn't need too much management once its up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

As an accessibe partner, I find Registering leads to be somewhat confusing / changes frequently. There is not enough education around the difference between a Child Account, managing the clients License for them, or using a referral link. I have had a few situatons where the Client first has me as the website designer, own the license, and then later needs access to their own dashboard (so essentially migrating a License to a Child Account) and this process is really clunky / unclear.

I also find it challenging and a bit overdue to have transparency for Partner Referrals, meaning the comission I receive as an AccessiBe partner, when I refer other agency owners to also be AccessiBe partners (to then utilize for their own clients). I have had to hunt these payouts down a bit or check in frequently with different contacts at AccessiBe for updates. Ideally this should live on our partner dashboards and the information on these payouts should be as readily available as our Child Account payouts, etc.

Seperately, I have just started using the Shopify app which is really great and I much prefer it for my shopify clients! But this also becomes a bit confusing on the funnel of logging the credit for bringing these clients on. Often as we are building sites, there is not time to coordinate with AccessiBe representatives for how this should be logged.

Lastly, the pricing (while I understand is more than worth it as a Web Designer/Developer) is a huge painpoint for clients, particularly small businesses, who are unfortunately often just as at risk for consequences of not being in compliance. Almost half of my small business clients opt out of moving forward all together because of the price point of even the micro plan. It would be great to have a small business option for low view count etc. that offers them at least some protection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best onboarding and customer service experience from a 3rd party company."
What do you like best about accessiBe?

While the product is amazing, the customer service and onboarding experience is by far the best experience I have ever had with a 3rd party provider. My rep Deryck is amazing and implementing the Accessibe system is so simple. My clients have been super impressed - and I owe that to the Accessibe system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

UPDATE: There have been a lot of advancements with further competition emerging in the accessibility market. As such, Accessibe's policies have changed to reflect this. They use to grant a 14 day refund policy but due to competition coming out with free platforms, they took that away. What that means is that if you decide you don't need it, even within minutes of purchasing it, you are out of luck. On top of that, you can't cancel auto-renew on your own. You actually have to email the team to have them remove it.

A vendor we use for other features implemented an accessibility plugin that came with our already paid services. Due to what is outlined above, I didn't have time when I went to cancel my auto renew and figured I would wait until closer to my renewal date. Of course I forgot, and was then charged. I reached out that day to explain the situation and request a refund, but due to terms and services they will not comply.

ORIGINAL: The only downside that I have experience thus far is that I have to email my sales rep if the domain for a client changes. Such a minor detail that at the end of the day is trivial, but I would like to see this feature implemented eventually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Accessibility Enhancement with Simple UI"
What do you like best about accessiBe?

I really like that accessiBe's UI is super simple and doesn't interfere with my existing websites. It's really easy to implement without issues post-installation, and the simplicity of the UI helps a lot. Even if you can't see, you can navigate using tab buttons, which makes the whole platform accessible. Also, I find it great that you can see visual changes live, and there's no need to install heavy plugins. It's easily installable using GTM and doesn't require much infrastructure, making it very convenient for me to implement more accessibility to websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

Sometimes I get overwhelmed by the lot of offerings they have. They have so many options. This could be reduced. We can identify what caters to the 90% of the entire audience and keep the rest in the lower tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Made Accessibility Improvements Fast—Even for a Large Codebase"
What do you like best about accessiBe?

Accessible helps make websites usable for people with disabilities. When we decided to improve accessibility, our large codebase meant it would require significant development effort. However, by using their app, we were able to implement these improvements within just a few weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

Earlier, they didn’t have integration with WordPress, but within a few weeks they rolled out changes that made their app compatible with WordPress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Accessibility Boost, but Not a Complete Compliance Solution"
What do you like best about accessiBe?

I like that accessiBe is easy to use and provides quick accessibility improvements without needing advanced technical skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

What I dislike is that accessiBe can create a false sense of full compliance. While it improves accessibility on the surface, it cannot fix all underlying issues in a website’s structure, especially for screen reader users. True accessibility requires intentional design practices... tools like accessiBe should be used as a supplement rather than a complete solution, bu tmany do not use it as such. "Informative, Easy-to-Use Accessibility Guidance with Monthly Compliance Scans"
What do you like best about accessiBe?

AccessiBe is very informative about why my website needs to be accessible to everyone and explains how to do it. It was also very easy to use and follow. They also run monthly scans to make sure my website is compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

So far, there’s nothing I dislike about AccessiBe.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Accessibility at Scale, with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about accessiBe?

I appreciate the reports and issue tracking being in a single platform, which is convenient. I also like that I don't have to maintain that information on my own, like in spreadsheets or other places. It's great that I can easily share the link to these reports or export them as documents to those who need them for mediation. Additionally, the initial setup is really simple, and I found the walkthrough very helpful, which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

I would appreciate the ability to add more notes about the information in manual testing. And I'd like to provide more details about that in the access of the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
