
While the product is amazing, the customer service and onboarding experience is by far the best experience I have ever had with a 3rd party provider. UPDATE: There have been a lot of advancements with further competition emerging in the accessibility market. As such, Accessibe's policies have changed to reflect this. They use to grant a 14 day refund policy but due to competition coming out with free platforms, they took that away. What that means is that if you decide you don't need it, even within minutes of purchasing it, you are out of luck. On top of that, you can't cancel auto-renew on your own. You actually have to email the team to have them remove it.
A vendor we use for other features implemented an accessibility plugin that came with our already paid services. Due to what is outlined above, I didn't have time when I went to cancel my auto renew and figured I would wait until closer to my renewal date. Of course I forgot, and was then charged. I reached out that day to explain the situation and request a refund, but due to terms and services they will not comply.
ORIGINAL: The only downside that I have experience thus far is that I have to email my sales rep if the domain for a client changes. Such a minor detail that at the end of the day is trivial, but I would like to see this feature implemented eventually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
