I have significant concerns with accessiBe. Firstly, the company makes false claims about accessibility conformance and misleads people into believing their overlay solution will resolve all website accessibility issues, which is a complete lie. This has caused my clients to receive reports that don't accurately reflect their websites' accessibility levels, misleading them about the solutions provided. Additionally, I find the tool to be completely untrustworthy and would never consider using it due to these deceptive practices. Furthermore, their entire practice and advertising are problematic as the solution does not function as promised, complicating the process instead of simplifying it. Fast and convenient customer service. Able to access support via multiple avenues and obtain accurate advice and solutions. As a designer, it would be incredibly helpful if accessiBe offered proactive design recommendations, like suggesting stronger color contrasts when needed, flagging type that might be too small, or offering best-practice sizing guidance.
