The customer service was not able to handle it so a ticket was submitted to their tech team. Months have passed and I have not received any updates. I have reached out multiple times but they keep telling me there are no new updates. The widget is supposed to help people with disabilities be able to use their website. My client's husband is disabled and has not been able to view a website even though she paid for their $400 widget. In the last week I have reached out twice and gotten no response back. I believe I am just being ignored at this point. I am pretty disappointed because I really liked being able to offer this as an add-on to my clients but I will no longer be doing that. This experience has made a very bad impression with my client and I will be looking for an alternative. **What do you dislike about accessiBe?** Their customer service has been pretty terrible from when I first started working with them. I don't often entertain sales calls, but he caught me at the right time. Their agency program is really awesome! We've been looking for ways to increase accessibilty for our clients since we became a B-Corp and this program is the quickest and easiest way to do that. They make it so easy for us to pitch and re-sell this tool to our clients. They also offer a discount so that it's easy for us to be able to apply a small markup for our time put into this. The portal is very clean and it's super easy to install on websites. they even offer the option to whitelabel it. They even offer pre-written emails and resources to help us learn more and have a quick template to start with to pitch the product to our clients. Our account manager Anthony is super knowledgable and helpful. He's almost instantly responsive and even available on his cell if we need help. They're also super flexible on licensing when it comes to price, free trieal, and start/stop dates, etc for those clients that are hesitant or in an odd time in their budget year. **What do you dislike about accessiBe?** Main issue is their enterprise pricing is extremely expensive. It jumps 1,900% in price if you cross a simple threshold of 100,000 users a month for even just a couple months out of the year. **What problems is accessiBe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Meeting accessibility standards quickly due to changing laws or requests from clients while we work on more permanent solutions.
