"AccessiBe makes ADA Compliance Easy. Yes, It is Plug and Play with Customization."
5/5
What do you like best about accessiBe?

The ease of installation. Just one snippet of code and suddenly your website is ADA compliant. With an Accessibility Statement included! You must however tweak the settings in AccessiBe first and the widget is updated in real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

The compliance reporting on which parts of ADA improvements is needed. It does not show exactly which page is missing, say a page title. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accessibe is awful. Avoid at all costs."
0/5
What do you like best about accessiBe?

There's not much to like anymore. Originally, their pricing was fair and support was good. They've shifted course somewhere over the years, and now they essentially are just stealing your money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

We have an agency account with them with several licenses for various clients. One of our ex clients requested to move their license off of the agency account and into their own account. Of course you have to jump through hoops with their "support" team to get that done. However, we finally got it done. The client opened their own account, and the license was moved away from our account.

Yet, somehow, months later, when it came time for that client license to renew, they charged OUR card. So, not only did they move the license out of our account to the client account, they also moved our billing information. So, our card was charged for THEIR license months later. I do not even have access to this account to remove our payment method. They were not authorized to charge our card. I have been given the run around for a couple of months now, and they keep promising a refund, yet I've seen no refund in well over a month. They are a sketchy, sketchy company.

Additionally, if you don't cancel a license 30 days prior to the actual end date of the license, you're stuck with it for another year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect Accessibility Tool, Easy and Comprehensive"
5/5
What do you like best about accessiBe?

I like that accessiBe is incredibly easy to use and offers a comprehensive set of features making it a one-stop solution for us. It helps our coaching education and training school to make our website accessible to people from all walks of life. I appreciate the specific features like the ability to focus through ADHD-related adjustments, and the ability to adjust the screen to accommodate various neurodivergence types and color preferences. The screen text adjustments are also really helpful. The initial setup was extremely easy, and it takes care of everything without needing to use other tools. "Affordable, Easy Setup, and User-Friendly Monitoring—Up and Running in Minutes"
4.5/5
What do you like best about accessiBe?

It was priced well for the size of our company and understood our current needs and limitations. Installation was easy, and monitoring the widget and updates is user-friendly. More technical aspects of integration had easy-to-follow directions. Was up and running in minutes, with a full report within 48 hours. Allowed flexibility in the manual monitoring as we were not ready for that step yet due to a site upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

Nothing yet. JavaScript was not immediately mentioned, so that was discussed in a follow-up call with questions that a meeting with other companies brought up and I was not sure where AccessiBe was at on that subject. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Tool for ADA Compliance, Some Billing Hiccups"
4/5
What do you like best about accessiBe?

I like accessiBe's ease of use and find the central dashboard useful for managing all my clients. I also appreciate the option to use an affiliate link or get a partner discount for websites that we handle in-house, which is a really nice option to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

I had issues with billing for the last month or so, which caused about a 3-week delay in getting an actual widget on the website, which was unfortunate. I'd also like to have the ADA compliance reports in a dashboard that could connect with Google Analytics. It would be great to see how many people click the widget and be able to share this with clients since we pay quite a bit for this feature each year. Additionally, the setup can be confusing, especially with the WordPress widget versus the plugin versus the dashboard. It creates redundancy, and it would be better to have clear information on choosing one or the other. The cost can also be prohibitive if you're a small business. "Essential for ADA Compliance and Peace of Mind"
5/5
What do you like best about accessiBe?

I use accessiBe for creating more accessible websites for our clients. It's easy to implement and use, and their live help has always been good when we needed assistance, solving problems quickly and politely. On the higher tier plans where you get access to litigation support, those seem to be really good for businesses that run a higher risk and need more peace of mind. The initial setup was very easy for us as an agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

I would like if they had a fully hands-off 'install for me' service. Maybe they do, but I did not see it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Integration with Strong Accessibility and Accurate AI Translations"
4/5
What do you like best about accessiBe?

Easy to integrate, and it offers a lot of accessibility features. Support for many languages is available. I can easily specify which sections need to be translated and which ones should not. The AI translations from English to other languages are apt and correct, and the ability to override translations is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

It sometimes auto-triggers, and at times it causes issues with the HTML structure that affect the design. It also occasionally interferes with website functionality when it’s enabled.

I’m currently facing an issue where users accidentally enable accessibility by pressing Tab, and then typing @ in input fields (to mention someone) doesn’t work. It starts working again as soon as we turn it off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Interface, Easy Accessibility Customization, and Exceptional Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about accessiBe?

I like the interface and the fact that it lets us customize accessibility effectively for our users without needing any technical knowledge. On top of that, the support team is exceptional: they’re always available to help, quick to resolve issues, and ready to assist whenever we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about accessiBe?

So far, the only thing I don’t like is that navigation sometimes slows down, which can be inconvenient—especially for users who prioritize immediacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
