"Helpful accessibility platform that keeps admin work manageable"
What do you like best about UserWay?

As someone responsible for managing the website, I appreciate how UserWay simplifies accessibility oversight. The setup was quick, and once implemented, it started providing value almost immediately. The admin panel makes it easy to review accessibility insights, check progress, and adjust settings without needing constant technical support. It’s a practical solution that fits well into a busy admin workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

Some of the insights could be more detailed, especially when trying to prioritize which issues to tackle first. Also, for more complex pages or custom elements, you may still need developer involvement to fully resolve certain recommendations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A simple but profound approach to providing accessibility with UserWay by the Administrator"
What do you like best about UserWay?

UserWay makes it easy for Administrators to set up accessibility solutions quickly. It took me only a few minutes to add the widget to our website and it started making things more accessible right away! The customisation options are easy to understand and provide us with the ability to customise the widget to our branding, as well as which features are available. What I also like about UserWay is that there is no need for me to maintain automated accessibility support as it runs in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

As an Administrator, I don't think there are many disadvantages to using the platform, however there are still edge cases in need of manual checks, particularly on custom components, but that is an expectation of all accessibility solutions. Overall, the platform has been reliable and easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple to manage and effective for ongoing accessibility oversight"
What do you like best about UserWay?

As an admin, I really value how UserWay keeps accessibility management simple and organized. The interface is clean, and it’s easy to understand what needs attention and what’s already optimized. I especially like that many improvements run automatically in the background, which means I don’t have to constantly monitor the site to make sure standards are being met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

In some cases, the platform points out issues without offering very detailed instructions on how to resolve them, which can require extra research or developer input. A bit more actionable guidance inside the dashboard would make it even more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great balance between automation and admin control"
What do you like best about UserWay?

What I like most as an admin is the balance UserWay provides between automation and control. It automates many accessibility improvements, but still gives me the ability to adjust settings and monitor performance when needed. The dashboard is intuitive, and I can quickly understand the site’s accessibility status without digging through complicated reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

For more advanced accessibility needs, the platform sometimes requires additional manual configuration or technical knowledge. It works great for most standard cases, but highly customized websites may still need extra attention outside the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid accessibility platform that’s easy to manage as an admin"
What do you like best about UserWay?

From an admin perspective, UserWay is very easy to roll out and maintain. Adding the embed code to the website was straightforward, and the admin panel makes it simple to manage accessibility settings without daily effort. I like that most accessibility improvements are handled automatically and that we can monitor compliance and scans from a single dashboard. It gives peace of mind knowing accessibility is being actively addressed without constant manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

While the platform covers a lot out of the box, some edge cases still need manual adjustments, especially on more customized pages. Also, the UI could feel a bit overwhelming at first if you’re new to accessibility tools, though it gets easier with use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable accessibility tool that simplifies admin responsibilities"
What do you like best about UserWay?

What I appreciate most as an admin is how straightforward UserWay makes accessibility management. The platform is easy to configure, and once it’s running, it handles a large portion of the work automatically. The dashboard is well organized and lets me quickly check accessibility status, adjust settings, and keep track of improvements without needing to constantly involve the development team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

There’s a slight learning curve at the beginning, especially if you’re not familiar with accessibility terminology. Some advanced settings could also benefit from more detailed guidance or tooltips to help admins make informed decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-manage accessibility solution with strong admin controls"
What do you like best about UserWay?

As an admin, I really appreciate how straightforward UserWay is to deploy and manage. The dashboard is clean, intuitive, and gives me full control over accessibility settings without requiring constant developer involvement. Features like automated scans, compliance reports, and widget customization make it easy to ensure our website stays aligned with accessibility standards. The setup process was quick, and ongoing management is minimal, which is a big plus from an administrative perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

Some of the more advanced accessibility fixes still require manual intervention or deeper technical knowledge, especially for complex layouts. Additionally, certain reports could be more detailed or easier to export for internal documentation and audits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practical accessibility tool that’s manageable from an admin standpoint"
What do you like best about UserWay?

What stands out to me as an admin is how little ongoing maintenance UserWay requires once it’s set up. The dashboard centralizes everything related to accessibility, from scans to basic compliance insights, which makes monitoring much easier. I also like the flexibility of the widget customization and the fact that updates and improvements happen automatically in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

Some accessibility recommendations feel a bit high-level and could include more concrete guidance for implementation. For larger or more complex websites, you still need developer support for certain fixes, which slightly reduces the “set it and forget it” feeling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Small feature that makes a big difference when browsing"
What do you like best about UserWay?

I really appreciate how the UserWay widget allows me to quickly adjust a website with minimal effort. I often use it to increase the font size or enhance the contrast, and it immediately makes the content much easier to read. The interface is straightforward and intuitive, so I never have to worry about figuring out how it works—it simply does exactly what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

There’s hardly anything to complain about. Sometimes I find that I don’t make use of every feature, but that’s really just a matter of my own preferences rather than a problem with the widget itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable accessibility solution that improves user experience instantly"
What do you like best about UserWay?

UserWay makes it incredibly easy to bring a website closer to accessibility compliance without needing a full redesign. I really like how the widget offers practical tools for users — things like contrast adjustments, font resizing, focus highlights, and screen reader improvements. It’s simple, clean, and doesn’t interfere with the design. The automated scanning and quick fixes also save a lot of time for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserWay?

Some accessibility issues still need manual review, especially on more complex pages or custom components. The pricing can also feel a bit high when scaling across multiple websites, but it’s still cheaper than hiring dedicated accessibility consultants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
