**What do you like best about RevenueWell?**

I love how RevenueWell works seamlessly with our practice management system. It was great at sending out appointment reminders and getting patients to confirm. The social media posts pretty great as well. We started using Revenue Well phones, which are also a fantastic asset to the practice. I can answer hands-free from my cell phone and receive calls when I am out of the office, so I never miss a call.

**What do you dislike about RevenueWell?**

The only thing that I think needs improvement it the mobile app. It is often unstable and will not load texts or voicemails in a timely fashion. It is also not the most user friendly.

**Recommendations to others considering RevenueWell:**

It is a true time saver and will increase your business and appointment acceptance. 

**What problems is RevenueWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work alone at the front desk and do all of the office work. RevenueWell saved me time to deal with patients in person and not spend added time on the phone. The time savings is invaluable.

**What do you like best about RevenueWell?**

I like the two way texting and the app that you can install on your computer to get real time notification of patients texting. I also like the standard forms that come with the basic package I just wish you could edit them as well in the basic pacakge.

**What do you dislike about RevenueWell?**

I dislike that when sending Welcome campaing you do not get an alert if the email is wrong or does not go through. I also dislike how glitchy it can be and there are too many different text types that you have to edit each time you need to edit the reminders. You end up having to update 6 different reminder for each section.  I wish that was more customizable.

The ability to reach patient for quicker response verses calling and waiting for calls back.

I really like the stats of revenue from each campaign and the ability to send mass emails and texts. It helps me see what type of messaging is communicating well with our patients and understand how it turns into revenue and how much. The initial setup was very smooth and even included the creation of a new website for us, which was a nice addition.

How user friendly it is. So easy to train our employees how to use. We use this software daily and we love it!

I dislike the recent update to the software. Takes some time to locate some features of the program.

Revenue Well's team is smart and effecient, they know their stuff! Anytime I need assistance, they always have a solution.

**What do you dislike about RevenueWell?**

The only downside is that our office makes changes to our referral form a few times a year and the TruForm editing costs can be a little excessive for minor changes.

**What problems is RevenueWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to stop fax and mail in referrals since we've begun using TruForm referrals! That was a huge win in our books.

**What do you like best about RevenueWell?**

Revenue Well does for us exactly what they promised, which we have found to be not so common among bigger companies nowadays. The amount of time they save us with appointment reminders alone makes it completely worth it, but with all the added features of treatment plan follow ups, custom campaigns, social media and review links, appointment requests, online scheduling.... they just can't be beat. Customer service is always very helpful any time we have to call, which is rarely.

**What do you dislike about RevenueWell?**

We have no complaints or dislikes about  Revenue Well. The only feature we aren't able to use to it's abilities is the treatment plan follow ups, and that's because internally, we have an issue with treatment plans not being updated properly by our staff, which would cause patients to get reminders for treatment that has already been treated. That is our issue however, not Revenue Well's issue.

Revenue Well solves our problem of social media posting/patient engagement as we don't have anyone on staff to focus on social media.  They spare us a lot of time with confirming appointments and allow patients the ease of responding via e-mail or text rather than having to pick up the phone to call us or vice versa.

I find the automatic confirmations and birthday texts helpful about Revenue Well. It makes it much easier for the staff to ensure they are done. Also, if you accidentally erase an appointment in the dental program, you can find it in revenue well.  So far, this site has been beneficial with confirmations, and I like that everything is on one central screen.

**What do you dislike about RevenueWell?**

The main thing I dislike about Revenue Well is that I would like the chat to pop and stay popped up on the screen. The conversation can go unnoticed because it doesn't pop for a long time. I would like it to stay on the screen until manually closing it.

**What problems is RevenueWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly Revenue Well has been beneficial for confirmations and communicating with patients. Also, sending or resending paperwork, I think having a portal for patients is also very beneficial.

Customization and integration. The company is hands on with its's users and always there to help. They have many avenues for getting additional training and information.

**What do you dislike about RevenueWell?**

I would like to see some more stock photos to use with the automated communications.  Seasonal ones that can be used for the newsletters/recall would be nice. but other then that I love everything

Just do it, you won't regret it!

Benefits are numerous, biggest benefit is the customized communications with pt's. Automated appointment reminders and customized treatment follow up is amazing. Being able to send a directed campaign to patients with outstanding treatment is priceless. In addition the marketing aspect is great, being able to upload personalized videos from our team to the automated communications is great!

Revenue is truly comprehensive when it comes to patient communication. We love that we can set up email campaigns, schedule recalls, sent automated appointment confirmations and reminders. You can also communicate with patients via text to reschedule appointments, update information, or for any reason really.

**What do you dislike about RevenueWell?**

There are some auto-texts that we wish we could customize, but honestly we get so much customization with our email campaigns that I don't think we're too worried about it!

Having auto reminders really saves our staff a ton of time. We no longer have to call and reach out to every patient to confirm, only those who don't respond to text messages or emails. Without that so much of the day would be taken up with phone calls.

The confirmation and note system is wonderful. Being able to contact our patients in various ways for appointment reminders or treatment issues etc is invaluable !

Nothing really but , at the risk of sounding petty its annoying to have to change the password as often as is required. Would be nice if we could just do it maybe annually if necessary

Hands down solving the problem of not being able to reach a patient! In this day & age so many people basically only communicate via text so being able to follow up on a message left with a text that can be responded to is great ! Being able to text a specific patient regarding their visit or treatment is a huge timesaver

Revenue Well is so easy to use.  The custom campaigns saves me so much time.  I love being able to text our patients and send them forms to complete which shortens the amount of time they have to spend on stuff like that in the office.

I can't think of anything I dislike. Everything seems to run seamlessly.

It's nice to have a software that connects to Eaglesoft. I like that it confirms patient appointments, creates campaign emails/texts, and allows us to communicate with patients through text.

**What do you dislike about RevenueWell?**

We did not have a good transition to Revenue Well phones...quite a hassle actually. I didn't think the customer service was impressive during this time.

Revenue Well allows patients to fill out their new patient paperwork before the appointment. It also allows patients to pay their bill from our website and confirm patient appointments.

Our office likes the ease of the confirmation system. The report show what is missing on patient charts.  The use of the campaigns to alert patients of what is up and coming in the future.

**What do you dislike about RevenueWell?**

The I pad forms that generate back into our charts.  If the patient has never used it, we must manually put all the medications on the iPad first.  It does not develop from existing forms.

We are happy with almost everything Revenue Well has to offer at this time.

I love that the confirmation system has become automated. It sends a reminder text the same day and we have eliminated no-show appointments.

I wish there was a way to set certain forms to AUTOMATICALLY upload to the system.

**Recommendations to others considering RevenueWell:**

It can be a bit overwhelming to try something new however it has made my work life so much better. I would advice to to implement the forms portion immediately. I have also just signed up to switch my phone system the RevenueWell Phones and am so excited to make that switch as well. It is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. This is an investment in your practice and will save you SO MUCH time each and EVERY single day. I shudder to think how long I worked without it.

**What problems is RevenueWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since COVID last year having the ability to send out the PRE-Screen questions has saved us so much valuable time. I wish I had this system in place PRIOR to the shut down. I had to make several hundred calls all by myself to cancel appointment. After we re-opened I had RevenueWell in place and was able to send out a mass email to invite patients back to the practice. It has truly been a live aver and kept my sanity in place during the pandemic.

I am able to communicate to all my patients after office hours, week nights, weekends, and holidays that the office is closed. Patient communication is truly excellent with RevenueWell.

If I want to send a message to a patient or multiple patients, and I have to get out of the message screen and go to the calendar or the other windows, I would loose the message I started and just start over.

I am able to communicate with patients, without having to call them on the phone and just by text messaging and or email reply. I am able to reach my patients instantly when I could not get a hold of them through a phone call. RevenueWell is the most comprehensive platform I've used for my dental clientele.

As a prospective customer of RevenueWell (we vetted many platforms), we selected RevenueWell for our dental clientele because it has:

- An easy-to-understand dashboard including important statistics including revenue numbers tied to each campaign type and custom campaign to support performance evaluation and improvement.
- The ability to send automated campaigns which have "logic filters" and automatically integrate confirmations into Eaglesoft. For example, when someone has a confirmed appointment they will get a different message than someone with an unconfirmed appointment with the opportunity to electronically confirm their visit. Now there is the added value of online scheduling.
- Custom campaigns with a robust segmentation filter and can be scheduled for future dates.
- 2-way communication capabilities - people can text you and you can text back, which is more efficient than calling and leaving voicemails in many cases
- Automated Online Reviews are sent following appointments and the ability to see and respond to all your reviews in one place - Google, Facebook, and RevenueWell reviews. It also integrates easily into your website to feature the reviews.
- Digital forms that can be included in your communications to encourage patients to complete their forms prior to their appointment which writes directly back to Eaglesoft saving our team time and energy.

**What do you dislike about RevenueWell?**

At times they do experience technical difficulties, like the system going down for periods of time, which can be tough when you rely on the platform so heavily. There are still a few features we'd love to see such as the ability to differentiate appointment reminders between 1 practice with two locations, more analytics, and the ability to upload contact lists, but overall it is a great platform that outperforms 3 major competitors we've used.

**Recommendations to others considering RevenueWell:**

I recommend setting up a demo with different members of the team who are responsible for a variety of roles and coming with questions, as they will have different use cases and insight into how they would like to use it. Compare your current platform, immediate must have list, your wish list, and your future wish list to determine if it has what you want. Then repeat the process with their competition. This will help you determine the best software for your practice.

**What problems is RevenueWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're better able to track where our production is generated from. We're able to send targeted campaigns more easily than exporting lists from our PMS, we're able to collect forms before visits eliminating the need for patients to come early or slow down our schedule. We've streamlined some of our processes due to automation such as recall and form collection. We've also increased our retention for clients by sending monthly newsletters, automated messages, and having control over how and what communications patients receive by adjusting that at a patient level.

We have had very good feedback from patients with the confirm/message interaction.  We had to find the right balance between too little and too many notifications for our entire patient base. I think we have foudn that "sweet spot". We also are pleased with the ability to link social media and send custom notes to our patient base. Also, reference when a patient confirmed appt. We have had a hand full of patients try to tell us that they got the wrong time/date on their confirmation and not once has that occcured.The patient always winds up confessing it was their error.  I am not trying to use it against the patient, but it is nice to have documentation for each person with emails and texts. I also find it is a cost effective tool for our office. I'm not sure I could go back to working without these tools.

**What do you dislike about RevenueWell?**

We have expreienced more outages and inability to log in than I would hope. I do feel thatit is handled as quickly as possible and we are always made aware of the situation and the timeline they expect for reinstating service. I would like to see more updates of the content that is preloaded for social media and additional templates that allow me to keep in contact with patients throughout the year. I think the end of year and insurance end of year is strong, but I would like more season specific preloaded content. I also would love to be able to limit the times that it offers for appointments or customize them to my schedule blocks.  I think a few zoom calls a year to update website updates would be a plus!

**Recommendations to others considering RevenueWell:**

Make sure you do the training and go step by step. Take notes! They are many aspects offered and it isnt feasible to set it all up in once setting. I find I also made tweaks once I listened to my patients feedback. We had to figure out the right number of "touches" and contacts and also decide what we were comfortable with. Dive head first into their forms and content. It is so well done that it has alleviated many things that were a burden to our business office staff.

**What problems is RevenueWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have almost  completely eliminated the need to confirm anyone by phone. We maybe have to do 2-3 people a week! We also have seen a large increase in patients booking online and contacting us via email. This helps free up staff in the business office. We also are reaching our entire patient base with timely updates, especially in this COVID era. It has been a very up and down 15 months and this has allowed us to keep in touch with our patients on our own timeline. I find it incredibly beneficial for allowing the patient to chose their method of contact to them and back to us. I have had many patients comment  since we changed that this gives them the abiilty to contact us 24/7.
