I’d say the easiest part of using EZRentOut is the software itself—it makes managing my rentals a breeze. The pricing is very reasonable and better than most competitors. It’s a very simple system to use. The dashboard is clean, and the modules are laid out in an easy-to-follow way. Linking different modules together is straightforward as well. The onboarding and support from EZRent has been huge for us, and they accommodate what you need. We’ve tried other platforms, but in terms of simplicity and overall usability, EZRent has been outstanding. It also integrates with multiple apps, including QuickBooks Online. What I really like about EZRentOut is its visibility aspect. The calendar function is super helpful as it allows me to see what units or orders are going out and coming back on different days, which makes account management easier. There's also a lot of depth to the functionality, like building invoices and handling inventory. It's really easy to build accounts and orders, which speaks to its overall ease of use. Additionally, I find the feature where I can create orders linked to a company or specific person incredibly useful. Some integration, particularly with authorized.net, is pretty bad. We often lose card information linked to orders when the customer account isn't found. It also requires a lot of manual entry because it doesn't integrate well with Zoho, CRM software, or FileMaker Pro.
