As an admin, I found adding duplicate items with different serial numbers fairly easy and certainly saved me some time. We dont utilize all of the options, but as the asset system grows, I can see the benefit of having all of the options. I also like the ease of retiring/reactivation of assets, and that retiring does not delete the asset. The more compliant we can be with 21 CFR Part 11 the better as it instills quality, even in asset management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about EZRentOut? I wish there was a way to sort/filter easier by the asset identification number. We assign our own ID number the the business prefix, and unfortunately it seems the only way to sort is by the EZ rentout assigned Asset #. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It helps us manage our assets and the automation built in for due date reminders are helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about EZRentOut? The technology is pretty simple and old school so there isn't a lot of bells and whistles. They don't have great communication with changes. One example is our SSL certificate was going to expire with the price increasing 70%. There was no request to respond, deadline, or warning. The rental site just stopped working. It took them some time to fix it. It was something simple that could easily have been avoided, and it heavily impacted business.
