What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

I really appreciate the contacts and groups you can organize in Dial My Calls. The reporting feature is helpful as well. I also find it useful that you can add users with different permission levels. We currently use this service quarterly, but we plan to start using it monthly. It’s very straightforward for our staff, who enjoy being able to save templates and set up recurring messages. What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

I would appreciate having access to more reports. We've noticed an issue where some texts are not delivered to recipients, and often there isn't a clear explanation for why this happens. While some reports provide helpful information, others make it difficult to determine the reason for non-delivery. Additionally, it would be much more convenient if we could preview reports directly on the screen instead of having to generate and download them each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

It was very easy to set up and learn. Was able to use it in a crisis where my other robocall provider had locked me out of an account over the weekend and was out of the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

Emails must be sent with a call or text, and they don't have a customizable title. Due to this, most people thought it was spam and didn't read it. I need to be able to put my organization's name on it at least. When it says "You've got a message," it looks like spam. When it says "Message from Lakeview Baptist Church," it looks more official.I think this is an easy and crucial improvement to the service.

It would also be really nice to just send emails as well. It's a desirable feature. I would love it if it's free, but if it was like 1c each to stop spam, that would be fine too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Client Communication with DialMyCalls"
What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

I like that you can pre-save the broadcasts, like the recording and the text, so you don't have to repeat the recordings every time. It lets us just record the message once and then schedule a broadcast using these pre-recorded messages. Having the contact list already pre-saved makes it super easy to send out a broadcast within a couple of clicks. Also, the initial setup of DialMyCalls was very easy. What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

I haven't looked into the API functionality quite yet, but I want to explore that functionality to see if it exists. And if it does, if we're able to integrate with the other platforms that we use. It could be easier to get your number approved for text messaging, but I understand that that's probably like a legal requirement that you go through that process. What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

I really like how DialMyCalls is very user-friendly. It's pretty self-explanatory, so we don't have to train anyone to use it. This makes it really easy to use, and I appreciate that it saves prior messages, which allows us to resend them without having to retype everything. Plus, it helps us manage our messages efficiently by letting us review what's been sent out, which prevents us from overwhelming families with too many texts. What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

I really wish that there wasn't a character limit in the text messages. Sometimes some of our messages are pretty long and have a lot of information in them. Breaking them up and having to send multiple text messages to our families or back-to-back messages just to get the gist of our message is really difficult sometimes. What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

I use DialMyCalls to make quick calls to parents in our school regarding inclement weather, student club events, and general school announcements. I find it a reliable way to contact groups, especially when written forms of contact are not effective. DialMyCalls saves me time since I don't have to go through the process of dialing and waiting for hundreds of parents to pick up the phone. It also generates a report to let me know who heard the message in a call. I like that the parent data is easy to upload in bulk and that the pricing is fair, especially when I need a quick message sent out that could impact student safety. I love DialMyCalls for its simplicity and versatility, which were exactly what we needed for implementing an emergency notification system. The pay-as-you-go option is a major plus for us since we would only use this service in emergencies or for a test run once a year, making it a perfect solution. The reports generated are perfect, and the automated voice message system fits our requirements precisely. What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

I find the audio uploading feature on DialMyCalls to be a bit lacking. When uploading an audio recording, even though it was less than a minute on my end, the platform recognized it as slightly longer, causing an issue with my credits. I had to re-edit the audio file to make it shorter. It would be beneficial if the platform provided more information about audio lengths and increments. What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

DialMyCalls is easy to use. I am the Administrator for my company (an electric utility), and I am also a regular User. We use DialMyCalls to inform customers of planned power outages that occur when we need to do system maintenance and improvements - which is very frequent in the summer months. What I like:

- Onboarding employees is easy. It's simple to setup a new user and explain the system.

- I really appreciate that you can make recordings from your phone, on the fly if the situation is emergent.

- The user interface is really easy to understand/operate and if there's something you can't figure out, the live chat has ALWAYS answered my questions and gotten whatever question I had answered or issue I had resolved. DialMyCalls Customer Service is just speedy, top notch and awesome (which is much appreciated in a busy work day).

- If an issue does arise, I already know it can and will be taken care of within minutes with livechat.

- My company's Customer Service team really likes it when I can share a quick screenshot of the call results before the report is ready as well.

What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

There are two things I dislike and both have to do with importing a list. One is that when you're importing a list that has a lot of columns, even if you aren't going to use data from all the columns, you have to delete some of the columns, resave your spreadsheet and then import it. If you don't, and it has too many columns, it won't upload at all. The second is that if you have a formula being used to generate the number in a column, DialMyCalls imports the formula, not the number that you see that the formula generated. So you have go in and do a conversion in Excel, resave the spreadsheet and THEN import it. Just makes a lot of extra steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
