# Why don't my missed calls go to voicemail?

Several of our parishioners say that when they missed our automated calls, that no message is left. We'd like them to receive the messages since we are charged for them.

I have had the same comment from church members but later when they check their voicemail it is actually there. Turn on voicemail recognition and ask them to wait a couple minutes for the vm to show up.

You need to make sure you set your business phone service to accept voicemails. Hit me up @ www.fb.me/bryanreedentrepreneur for help directly.

When you are setting up the message, make sure that the option to use answering machine detection is selected. Without it, the call is dropped without leaving a message.
