Because of that, it’s often impossible to get everyone to attend in-person training. When you factor in the shifts and what the budget would look like if we had to bring in an instructor for several weeks at a time over several months, it just isn’t realistic. BizLibrary helps solve the scheduling struggle because all users can access it on their own time, and they can leave and come back later to pick up right where they left off. ### 2. Customer is great for immediate fixes. Ease of use on the Learner side. **What do you dislike about BizLibrary?** Running reports for our Compliance department does not seem easy at all. With our old planform they would simply go in and find the course and run the report filtering by what they needed was easy. We did not have to get involved with it. Customer fixes that can't be handled immediatiatly have to go to ticketing system which can take weeks to months for resolution. **What problems is BizLibrary solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has provided a platform for our employee's to launch learning from, which has been great. We had multiple platforms before so this is much easier for the learning. I can take the course from one of our sites and just place it into Biz. ### 4. I appreciate that you can search the catalog for keywords and get a sneak preview of the lesson to vet it. This feature is really helpful because as soon as we think of a subject area that we need to develop further, we just pop those keywords in the search window and get a quick list of all applicable trainings. We can then select from there which ones we want to pull and use for our staff. The soft skills trainings, course names, and lesson titles within those names really help us to visualize and build a clear elearning catalog. **What do you dislike about BizLibrary?** I'm not sure. This one is tough. I would say maybe the technical side of things. Something along the lines of SCORM files. It's interesting, but also I'll say intuitive for those who may have technical experience with it. But those who do not have tahat prior knowledge and experience with SCORM files and what they're used for could benefit from the education behind the SCORM file. I enjoy working with our Client Success Manager, Terry Ankerfelt. He's kind, fun, and very patient. Terry has shown me the ropes in admin mode, come up with great ideas for my staff outreach, and found content in other areas I hadn't considered. He's really helpful. The initial setup of BizLibrary was easy and part of the onboarding process. I would rate my likelihood to recommend BizLibrary at an 8, and I've already discussed with people outside of work about how cool it is and what a great resource it provides. **What do you dislike about BizLibrary?** I don't always give myself enough time to really get engaged and poke around all that BizLibrary has to offer. It takes time to really get immersed. That's really not on the platform as much as it is the nature of the product. The learning initiative feature is also super useful as it helps bundle content together, making it easier to assign multiple trainings. I also value that the BizLibrary team keeps the content up-to-date by retiring and replacing it when necessary, which takes a load off my responsibilities. We switched from Litmos LMS and found that BizLibrary offers much more to us. The initial setup was fairly easy. **What do you dislike about BizLibrary?** Sometimes the reporting features are a bit finicky. I can almost always get to what I need, but will often have to try multiple times (using different browsers, clearing the cache, etc.). This is not specific to BizLibrary necessarily, just a not-so-fun tech-y issue. Also, we do have trouble with our HRIS integration working properly from time to time. So while the initial setup was easy, sometimes the maintenance causes trouble. **What problems is BizLibrary solving and how is that benefiting you?** BizLibrary is our main LMS, assigning training, managing class sessions, and keeping records. My users don't seem to go there to just look around, but only are doing training when I place an incentive on them to do so. The system is easy to use, and for those times when you do need assistance, their support staff is responsive and easy to work with. **What do you dislike about BizLibrary?** The only real issue I have with BizLibrary is once a user watches a training course then they can't be reassigned to the same course again in the future because it will automatically flag it as completed. We have certain IT-related training videos that we would like the employees to watch every year as refreshers. **What problems is BizLibrary solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, we had no way of knowing if employees watched the training videos unless they were shown in group settings.
