Our company has tried several LMS platforms over the last few years before turning to BizLibrary. Previous platforms help you get set up and then you're just another user and get lost in the abyss. From the implementation to today, the folks at BizLibrary have been incredibly hands on, helpful, prompt, and friendly. We truly feel like a valued customer with BizLibrary. There is great content for just about anything you're looking to train and if there isn't, our assigned rep is super helpful in supporting our search to get just what we need. There really isn't anything I dislike, but I do wish that there were more upbeat options with trainings. There are some great companies/speakers that do a great job with high energy, but some of the more basic "compliance" type trainings can be a bit mundane and monotone.
